- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Pick-up / departure time can vary and can be anything from 5.40 AM until 8 AM, depending on the availability. All guests will be notified about exact time of departure one day before the tour.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- The tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (no refund due to weather or personal reasons).
- A current valid passport or EU personal ID card is required on the day of travel (driving license or any other means of id is not sufficient) because we will across the border couple times
- Bring warmer clothes, temperature in the mines is only around 10 degrees Celsius (long sleeves, pants & closed shoes recommended). Bring some extra clothes in your backpack for just in case.
- Maximum shoe size is EU 47.
- Minimum height is 150 cm.
- Mountain roads included for the transfer, make appropriate precautions if you have car sickness.
- Adult price applies for all guests
- A minimum of 6 guests is required for Black Hole Kayaking™.
- No parking available at our office.
- Operates in all weather conditions, make sure to dress appropriately
- Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated, refunded, or allowed to reschedule

The black hole kayaking was a very cool and special experience. The organizer, pr1mo tours, was very professional. It was a smooth and flawless experience, from pick up to drop off.
On the way back from the mine we got to see some beautiful places in Slovenia where we stopped and took some photographs.
We would highly recommend this activity and pr1mo tours to others.

Fantastic day.
The whole trip was an adventure. The entrance of the mine with the train, the walk down in the mine, the walk with the kajak and of course the kajak tour. Also the lunch with the local specialites was very good. If you look for a special experience: book this tour

This was more than expected! The drive through Slovenia and Austria to reach the mine was so picturesque and made even better with both the information provided by our driver Sasha, and the stops we made en route on the mountain passes.
The black hole kayaking was so much fun, being allowed to go off "on our own" to explore the passages in the dark.
Be prepared for walking up and down some steps to reach the kayaking stage but the lunch afterwards was a nice treat and they catered for gluten-free guests excellently too.

The tour was a wonderful experience from Bled. The place is about 90 kms from Bled but the transfer is very comfortable. However, one should not expect a full on Kayaking experience. It could be more appropriately termed as a Mine exploring experience with using Kayaks for exploring a certain water filled section. The entire trip takes about 8 hours with around 1-1.5 hrs of Kayaking. there is not enough space to row all the time and the hands need to be used from time to time. We were also taken to some beautiful hidden locations after the mine experience. Altogether its a good experience. However, as a suggestion, for the price of the trip, a small meal can be included.

What a fantastic trip from Lake Bled! Mountain passes, genuine mining cart into and out of the mines, kayaking, local food and additional travel info. The kayaking is very easy, more often we were pulling ourselves through the old mine passages. If you are looking for a fun day try this tour!

It was a very unique Slovenian experience! We had an absolute blast from start to finish. Kayaking through old mine tunnels and then exploring the surrounding areas was a perfect combination. Our host was amazing, his knowledge, passion and enthusiasm was spot on. I highly recommend!

Firstly, this is one of the most adventurous things that we have done so it was totally worth it. The activity in the mine is carried out by extremely competent people.
The tour operator Primo was however the most pleasant surprise. He was very thoughtful and ensured that we get to the tour on time coincidentally it was the day when clocks in Slovenia are adjusted by an hour.. Not only that, he also personally took us the location, stopped at beautiful sights on the Austrian side. His wife and him added a personal touch to the trip by telling us more about Slovenia and stopping at interesting places en route.

And outstanding tour, and a very competent guiding. This was a very fun experience in the mine, and also very easy. There was a little walking, but nothing most people wouldn't be able to do.
After the tour in the mine we had a very nice driving in the area and saw some wonderfull views.
