The inclusions were good but I suppose you should try to prebook the train tickets as the vehicle couldn’t get on the train. Secondly the guide wasn’t really explaining anything in detail as he mainly spoke in the car which we couldn’t hear. He was mainly a driver than a guide.
First time coming to Slovenia and I booked this day trip. The day itinerary was so packed and a many things to see. Few places you have to hike and must wear hiking shoes, some trials were moderate level. Our tour guide, Jess, was so wonderful, friendly and patient. We had a private tour as it was just us-love it. Jess showed us a secret place which we found very interesting and good find. Overall our experience of this day trip was tiring yet unforgettable and we love it so much.

We really enjoyed our day trip. It was good to see a range of places that we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. For us the highlight was the car-train through the mountains, as well as jumping in the Soca river (it was very cold!) and climbing to the source of the river too. We wouldn’t have been able to see the sites outside of Bled without this trip. Our guide was fantastic too. Would absolutely recommend - there’s a lot of miles covered but a lot of stops along the way!
We visited quite a few sites within soca valley, all of which were scenic and easily walkable/hike-able. Matt was entertaining, easy going, cracking jokes to help break the ice and created a warming vibe while providing a lot of information about the beautiful places in Slovenia. He was always available to ask for info, insights about the sites and happy to share about the history, little known facts and so much more about every place we visited.
Thanks for making my last day in Slovenia an awesome one, Matt!
