Remember that temples are sacred places and you must dress appropriately. Shoulders and ankles need to be covered (for both men and women). No shorts, leggings, ripped jeans, slippers (flip-flops), or revealing tops, otherwise entry will be denied.
Bangkok's traffic is often heavily congested. As our tours run on a group basis, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this grace period, the guide will begin the tour. If you cannot make it on time, please let us know before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time slot or day, though a rescheduling fee will apply. No refund will be provided in case of late arrival.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.

Tour Guide did not show up. Is this a scam?

Very bad! Tour guide did not show up at all at the designated meeting area. I waited for another 20 minutes, but still, no one showed up. My vacation was ruined. Terrible!

Your booking was mistakenly not added to our internal booking system, which meant the guide was not informed of your reservation. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise. Our team works hard to prevent errors, but when human beings are involved, mistakes can unfortunately occur from time to time. What I genuinely do not understand is why you believe this was a scam, since we provided a full refund. In a scam situation, this would not have happened. Had a great time exploring Wat Arun and Wat Pho. Our tour guide, Sunday, was fantastic. He had great information to share and just enough balance btwn to let us explore on our own. Great way to see these 2 amazing temples in Bangkok

Disappointed and ripped off

I didn't meet the guide no further assistance offered terrible we were there an hr early waited no one send us details who is the person what is the best to recognise him no exact details for us to know. So disappointed and asked for a refund no refund. I would not recommend this better just do your own tour no need tour guide ripped off money and no help.
