Shuttle to our hotel

Finding our shuttle was a little overwhelming in the Bangkok airport, we did receive communication with instructions but there is a lot going on in that area of the airport. Once we found it we had to wait a few minutes for a driver to be available. We did not have that experience at other airports. Our driver did a good job of driving us safely to our hotel.

ive used this service many times in the past and never had issues with it until this recent experience they were not communicative via whatsapp and i wasnt sure if my transportation would be present to take me to the airport.
