We had a truly wonderful afternoon with Aod and his wife on the Bamboo Bicycle Tour in Bangkok’s Green Lung. From the very start, they were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to our comfort and enjoyment.
When my wife found the raised, narrow cycleways a little challenging, Aod’s wife immediately stepped in and kindly guided her along an alternative route to the park. It was such a considerate gesture and made us feel very well looked after throughout the ride.
Aod kept us thoroughly entertained with his stories and local knowledge, making the whole experience both fun and informative. The complimentary water was very welcome in the heat, and we really appreciated the regular refreshment stops — especially the delicious fresh sugar cane drink, which we both loved.
Lunch was excellent and served in a charming local café, adding to the relaxed and authentic feel of the day. As keen (if amateur!) photographers, we were delighted when Aod took us to a quiet spot where woodpeckers were resting — a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. We also enjoyed sampling some delicious Thai desserts along the way.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience — beautifully organised, personal, and memorable. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The meet up place was easy to find. You get to ride a longboat over to the "island". Then ride bikes around in the jungle on a mix of narrow, raised concrete paths and bike paths/city street. Got to ride around in a nature park. I will say if you go be pretty confident with cycling ability and stamina. Not a tough ride but hot and humid. I could see where someone might overestimate their abilities. The guide however did provide much back ground about the area or stop and show/explain different features. He spoke decent English but didn't quite understand it a whole lot when asked a question so a little language barrier. Anyway. I was fine with escaping the Bangkok chaos amd pedaling around for a few hours

The tour was wonderful and a do not miss tour. Beautiful oasis just across the river from busy Bangkok. Sugar was a fantastic guide and told us the history of the area. We rode through the jungle, feed the fish, stopped for mango sticky rice, visited a temple, went to the weekend market where Sugar bought use lots of tasty treats and then a wonderful lunch. A absolutely incredible morning! A must do tour when visiting Bangkok.

We took this tour back in June and had the most wonderful experience. Aod and his lovely wife were very informative about the area including the flora and fauna. Really enjoyed cycling and seeing the green side of Bangkok. The boat ride across was fun, lunch was delicious and we loved our little elephant key rings we were gifted. I Would highly recommend taking this tour, we have been to Bangkok many times before and it was our first time in the green lung, very refreshing and time spent with lovely people.

We found this tour fantastic, the guides are a lovely couple, who have real passion for the nature and area.
Just a short boat ride across the river, there is a whole quiet side of Bangkok. It was lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours.
And soak up all the wildlife. The trip included a lovely lunch, and also a stop for some Mango sticky rice. Would recommend to any one. Especially if you enjoy cycling.

My husband and I had a lovely afternoon with Aud and his wife away from the crowded city centre. After a quick boat ride across the river we picked up our bicycles and spent the next 4 hours cycling through villages, parks, and along canals in the countryside. We stopped a number of times to feed the fish, climb up to a wooden observation deck, eat a late lunch, visit a local museum, and more. Aud took lots a photos of us and shared them via What’s App. He is knowledgeable about the local area and was able to answer all our questions about wildlife and plants. I would recommend this excursion to anyone comfortable riding a bicycle along narrow raised walkways.

Som the tour guide was fabulous. She explained what to expect and provided sufficient stops for a cool drink, local snacks and lunch at a local restaurant which was outstanding. Thai food is simply tasty and amazing . Since I was traveling alone, she provided enough time for photos and at each stop made sure I got the best photos. I highly recommend this tour which allows you to enjoy a more cultural experience.

Oad and his wife and his daughter are very friendly. Four of us went together as a family. We had a good time. We were able to experience other side away from hustling and bustling of Bangkok. Roding the motor boat was a bonus. We really enjoy it. We highly recommend it.

This was a fun afternoon cycling about a very picturesque place. Our guide was very enthusiastic and shared many interesting facts and anecdotes along the way. Definitely worthwhile, even if your cycling skills are a bit rusty. It's not an especially challenging ride, and there's lots of stops along the way, so this should be suitable for most people of all ages to participate in. Unfortunately my partner was unable to successfully navigate the narrower raised paths, so we were relegated to the larger roads, and therefore I suspect we missed some of the better scenery, but this was no great drawback. This is a highly recommended adventure for those seeking a bit of country charm and tranquility without venturing out of Bangkok. I would've liked to have seen the mushroom farm and bird watching tower, but these didn't make the itinerary on the day.

This was a great tour! It says easy, but I am out of shape and I did not find it easy! We saw many amazing sights and our tour guide was very nice to us when I couldn't get up a hill. He had lots of things to say which was awesome and showed us great sights. The meal in the middle was one of the best we had in Bangkok so far! The only thing is the guide took lots of pictures, but I haven't received them yet.

Pour ce tour il faut être à l'aise en vélo, car les passages sont étroits, a l'aise en anglais, si on souhaite les info culturelles et il faut aimer manger, car le pad thai suivi du riz gluant arrosé de lait de coco à la mangue fraiche tiennent au corp. Aod, mon guide, est adorable. Ce tour est une merveille de sérénité comparée à la frénésie et au bruit de Bangkok. Le contraste est saisissant. Nous avons vu un énorme varan, entendu le chant d'un oiseau que j'ai pensé être un singe, une végétation incroyable. Cette île, préservée de l'humain est un paradis. À faire absolument.
