Among the seas of dinner cruises offered, I settled on this company and took advantage of the discounted tickets. We had great time. The food was decent nothing outstanding, menu for most diets. Note: The beverages are cost extra. There was entertainment onboard and dancing. The cruise along the river, was the highlight , seeing the Grand palace and temple spires lit up. A beautiful sight to see. Yes, towards the end of the trip. The staff will line up and hope you give some tip money. It’s entirely up to you!

Nice evening on the water

Food buffet a bit of a shambles....mad rush to get food even though there was sooo much of it. Some organisation would be nice. Staff really good. Entertainment good but on this occasion I think it was the Mexican guests that made it fun. The DJ's music choice got everyone dancing. Musician was great...Thailands own Kenny G.

Fun experience

Food was pretty good, lots of variety. Service was good, as well. Left at exactly 7:15 and returned at exactly 9:15. Entertainment ranged from excellent (soprano sak player), to fair to poor(two vocalists). They suggested you check in at 5:30. No idea why because we did not board until 7.

Pretty good experience, don't go for the food

Overall the experience was pretty good when you factor everything in. The service was excellent, the entertainment was great. The boarding experience was a giant cluster. The food was not very good to be honest, likely because the other folks on board rummaged through it like there was buried treasure.

Friendly and helpful staff/crew. Bad guests..

First off, staff and crew are hard working and did their best on this event. Sadly there were too many Arabs with no courtesy whatsoever, pushing and cutting line to get on the boat, making a mess in the toilets, loud and obnoxious, starting to grab food from the buffet before even getting everyone boarded. Very sad that they ruined our cruise and being so rude. Again I would like to say a thank you to the cruise crew and staff and apologize for my bad review, but sadly I would have got off the boat if I knew this in advance. Thai people are so nice and the least you can do is show them the respect all deserve.

Not sure about amazing but it was certainly a fun cruise with drinks and dinner down the river and back! The entertainment is baffling, seriously lame singers but kind of cheerful and enjoyable at the same time. In the end we were dancing in a Conga line to BRAZIL while people giggled their way around the food island. Food was OK, seriously good french fries and a few other items, but come for the view especially the nighttime lit up Grand Palace and temples along the river. Service was fine, people were very nice and we enjoyed the evening.

The food was a disappointment and would compare it to average cafeteria fare. This was made worse by walking around the stalls at Asiatique while waiting to board as everything there looks and smells amazing. The music was poor with a selection of mid seventies American AM easy listening (Carpenters etc) songs you have heard a million times and wish you hadn't. Some non English Asian pop kept my attention but too little too late. The buildings lining the river were not as brightly lit as expected but the illuminated bridge at the turning point and fireworks were good. The ride was fine but I would eat at Asiatique either before or after the cruise and just have a drink on the boat.

Terrible experience , we had a confirmed ticket , but asked an evening went to the pier to be told that the cruise had no place , the operator was incompetent , they could have messaged / called / mailed on the previous day same morning, shoddy service , very disappointing for someone travelling from afar x

The food was divine, but the Chairs were shaky and the tables definately need replacing. They are well worn and old. This does not make a person with a Disability or a heavier person fell safe. Please address these issues.

Guide in Thai not English; table next to the loud speaker, which ruined the evening.

We bought tickets for the "Amazing Dinner Cruise" with entertainment and guide in English. The entertainment might have been ok if we hadn't been seated right next to the loud speaker that carried the sound over the whole boat. It was not only impossible to speak to one another; the sound was loud to the point of pain. As for the English guide, it was almost non-existent. The host said, for example, "Wat Arun on the left" in English and then four or five sentences in Thai. We knew what the sites were before boarding and would have wanted to find out more about them than their names. The views were lovely of course and the food was ok for mass catering. The experience could have been so much better had we been away from the speaker, but then some other poor person would have been seated there and would now be writing this review!

Took the NYE 2023 cruise, it was pricy compared to the standard dinner cruise but had a great time, try to get an upper level table. Fantastic DJ's. Buffet was ok, not great, I would definitely recommend.

Boat ride was amazing. Tour guide Victor wonderful and spoke good English, and the coach driver was a bundle of fun and a great driver. Thank you so much. Thoroughly recommend. Also good lunch!
