Children aged 0–2 may enter free of charge, while child tickets apply to children aged 3–12 and seniors aged 60 and above; all children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Not recommended for individuals sensitive to darkness or flashing lights, those prone to motion sickness, dizziness, epilepsy, or light-induced discomfort, or those with vision issues affected by bright laser projections.

Food, drinks, bag, backpack and suitcase are not allowed in Mahanakhon Skywalk.

The Skywalk features 300-meter rooftop views and high-speed elevators. Guests with claustrophobia or acrophobia should consult staff.

Guests are required to wear proper and respectful attire – shirts and shoes are always required (No bare feet allowed)

Please keep a valid photo ID with you. Foreign nationals need their passport for identification.

Due to safety concerns, the outdoor observation deck on the 78th floor will be closed during rain or stormy weather.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
