We're extremely happy with Abbas our driver who went above and beyond transporting us from the airport to our hotel. He contacted us in advanced on our arrival to Baku and welcoming us promptly as we exited the arrival hall. He became our first tour guide sharing information about the city as he drove us to our destination that evening. It was really a great first impression of Baku for us and all thanks to Abbas.

The young man that picked me up at midnight in Baku airport was right on time, had my name spelled correctly, took all my luggage even created a playlist from some of the songs he asked me about. I was very concerned, arriving that late at night, unfamiliar with the country and the language, especially traveling alone. It could not have been any better than it was.

Finding where to meet at the airport can be a little tricky but they are very communicative and patient when figuring it out! I had a hard time locating my correct address and my driver went above and beyond to help me find where I was going.
