As soon as I booked I received a confirmation text from Travelway Azerbaijan as well as a confirmation email from Viator. As soon as I deplaned in Baku I got a WhatsApp text from my driver letting me know he was at the airport and was waiting for me in the arrivals hall. A seamless experience every step of the way. Never showed up stole my money. Texted me when my plane was delayed and never showed up when I arrived.0

Mr. Thomas's plane was delayed several times and arrived 5 hours late. We told him to let us know as soon as he landed at the airport because internet service was active on Mr. Thomas's phone. He did not inform us. The driver waited for 1 hour and returned According to our internal regulirations after waiting for 40 minutes driver need to come back if client is not coming. It was not possible to re-arrange the transfer as the guest informed us after leaving the airport, it took us at least 1 hour. We will not issue any refund as the incident occurred due to customer's irresponsibility.
