Amazing experience, I was a bit anxious at the beginning because it was my first time to do paddle board, but it is definitely worth it. A real Must do! Samuel was the perfect instructor and guide, he gave us nice advises and kept an eye on us in particular when we were paddling against the wind! Beautiful view of sunrises and nature! Such a stunning
Way to start the day! Samuel also prepared a beautiful breakfast with toast and fruit and explained us about the history and nature of the lagoon! Very grateful

This was an incredible experience, watching the sunrise come up whilst paddle boarding on the lagoon is something I will never forget. The fruit served was a lovely touch and Miguel was very informative with regards to the lagoon and nature surrounding. Would definitely recommend this, even for those that are sceptical about an early start, this is definitely unmissable.

Miguel was a great guide. He was very attentive and made sure everyone was looked after, he even arranged a jetski for one lady who felt like she could not return by kayak. The tour was great and a must-do in Bacalar.

Did not show up to meet. Arrived at 0545 gate was locked, messaged via Viator and WhatsApp no answer. Was asked by Viator to stay until 0615 which we did, they still did not show, still at 0809 no call or apology from the company

We had an amazing experience with Rocío and Charly!! They were both really professional and helpful guides, answering all of our questions about Bacalar. The breakfast they prepared was delicious and in such a beautiful location.

Horrible experience of cycling in Bacalar at 5am in the morning, pitch black and heading to the location / meetup point, in the ticket. No lights, the road is gravel, full of holes, i'm on my feet, with the bike on my side. No signs of Amir Adventures, no sound, no people at 5am. I went into a dodgy faded red gate, because according to google maps, 3D preview, there is red gate in that location. I went in, no people around, i had a flashlight, I was scared to my bone. I left the place. It turns out, the experience provider shared the new location with me via whatsapp, on a number/phone i didn't have with me, a few hours before the experience intself. Instead of sharing it with me via email. Why the location in the ticket an dthe location of the experience were different? I don't know. I do know this was a horrible experience and if i were unlucky, something could have happened to me, as i am a solo traveller and this behaviour is unacceptable.

100% worth getting up in the dark and trekking to the lagoon while it’s still dark. Once you get in the water is warm and the views of the sunrise are

It was a fun last activity in Bacalar and very enjoyable. Miguel was very kind and sweet and so was everybody else in my group. When we got to the Black Cenote I wanted to jump from the board and got frightened at the last minute. He actually held my hand (literally) and jumped with me and everybody clapped. I felt so accomplished:) Such a sweet memory.

Being able to watch the sunrise in the middle of the lagoon’s shallow, turquoise waters while drinking coffee was amazing! We also got the chance to swim in the cenote negro. Our guide was amazing and had a ton of interesting information to share!
