Starting with a welcoming hot beverage and a physical warm-up, you'll receive a brief introduction to paddling on a stand-up paddleboard. After paddling approximately 100 meters to the anchored platform, enjoy a serene 60-minute yoga practice amidst nature. Conclude your experience with a refreshing snack and drinks, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and connection.

Starting the day moving is priceless. Turn off your mind for a while and connect with your body through a yoga practice in the middle of the water. We will start the day by paddle boarding or kayaking to a floating platform in the turquoise waters of Laguna Bacalar where, through meditation and breathing techniques, we will start our yoga session. The peace of the morning, the paradise background and the fluidity of the water will inspire you to move lightly and freely, allowing you to disconnect for a moment from the mental noise and connect through the body with the present moment. At the end of our practice, we will share some fruits, water and hot drinks to say goodbye, before paddling back to the dock. Join the float!

Immerse yourself in Bacalar’s stunning natural scenery during this small-group, sunrise paddleboarding excursion, which includes fresh snacks. Beat the crowds—and the heat—with a morning departure to the Black Cenote. Then, pay a visit to the Pirates Canal, an ancient point of entry to Bacalar. Tours are suitable for all levels.
