Victor was an amazing guide - knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious, generous. And passionate! We saw so many species of birds even before getting to the ruins. He also showed us other wildlife at the ruins - even a monkey! He had in depth knowledge of the Mayan civilization and had recently attended the opening of the ruins and had learned a lot from the archeologists which he was able to share with us.

Victor is an amazing bird guide. He asked what birds we were hoping to see prior to our trip and amazingly, he was able to make sure that we saw them all!!! We added 40 new birds to our list! He is funny and kind and took us to the perfect places to bird watch including the ruins and the jungle. He provided lovely snacks and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend that you hire him as a guide.
