I was not able to go to Philae Temple. On the day, I waited for an hour in front of the designated pick-up location, Hapi Hotel, at the designated time. However, the pick-up car or person did not show up. Did this tour even take place on the day? For other tours, I received information the day before and an email on the day, but for this tour, there was nothing but an email asking for a review after the fact. I would like Viator to investigate the implementation of this tour and contact me about future measures.

Nothing Memorable as the guide and the driver from the company did not turn up on 15/06/24. Messages sent but had no response . Phone number called but it was turned off. Contacted Viator. They tried to contact the provider but phone was turned off. Asked Viator regarding refund. Viator informed me that i was not entitled to it as i had not cancelled 24 hours before. I responded by telling Viator that if I could see the future I would have. Viator now tell me that they are waiting for a response from the provider. My advice only book if you can see into the future
