We had the most fantastic hours learning about the area, the production and the different wines.
The tastning was excellent, we had some very good wines - all served with a little story.
Christiano did a very good job - highly recommendeble 💪🏼🥰

Me agrado mucho ya que llegamos antes de la hora citada, pero fuimos recibidos cálidamente.
Felicito a David, excelente sommelie, su explicación fue clara e interesante, nos tuvo paciencia y contestó las preguntas tratando de ayudarnos a comprender en italiano, sobre el proceso, diferencias en los vinos, historia, etc. y sobre todo lo hizo rodeado de un paisaje muy bonito.
La cata con bocadillos, todo delicioso en un ambiente privado y agradable.
El precio es justo, nos llevamos más del tiempo programado y nos ofreció probar otros vinos que no estaban en la lista. Salimos complacidos, compramos varias botellas de los vinos que más nos gustaron.

Wir waren etwas zu früh dort, wurden aber sofort empfangen und mit einer Flasche Wasser versorgt 👍
Anschließend wurde uns der Weinanbau mitsamt den speziellen Regeln des Piemonts erklärt. 👍Daraufhin durften wir den Reifekeller besichtigen.
Dann ging es in den Verkostungsraum in dem uns eine Platte mit typischen Produkten als Begleitung zur Weinprobe serviert wurde. 👍
Anschließend durfen wir 5 Weine probieren, einen Langhe Nebbiolo, einen 'Standard'-Barbaresco, einen Barbaresco einer besonderen Parzelle, sowie einen Barbaresco Riserva. Auf besonderen Wunsch konnten wir auch noch einen Barbera Superiore testen. 👍👍
Alle Fragen wurden uns verständlich beantwortet.
Zum Schluss waren wir deutlich länger bei diesem feinen Weingut zu Gast als ursprünglich geplant. 👍
