From the flawless Hotel Pickup in Amman to the very kind driver, the entire experience was awesome. Would recommend starting earlier in the morning (such as 5 or 6am) since Petra gets more crowded later in the day. Guides at Petra are fixed at 50 JOD which was useful for photos and explaining the sites. The car was stocked with soda, snacks and water which was appreciated. Our driver, Mohammad was very good. No complaints whatsoever.

My booking with Joyful Roads Private Car Service exceeded my expectations in every way. Owner Mohammad Hmaidan was great in communicating details about the trip and making helpful recommendations. He was prompt and provided outstanding service with thoughtful extra touches such as snacks and drinks in the car. I was scheduled to arrive in Amman with my daughter and her boyfriend, but their flight was delayed and they needed a last minute separate transfer from the airport several hours after mine which Mohammad quickly arranged and personally took care of. In addition, while waiting for their flight, he ran an errand to purchase a needed computer charging cable for me. In addition, he provided helpful information and suggestions for planning our entire stay in Jordan. Besides being an excellent driver, he is a wonderful, service-oriented, positive person who made our trip to Jordan extra special. I would highly recommend his company for all Jordan private car transportation needs. You won't be disappointed!

We were originally going to use this service from the Sheik Hussein border crossing to Amman; however, our intended day of travel coincided with the border crossing being closed. Mohammad was of great assistance and organised a driver to collect us from the airport as we had to fly into Amman. He then met us at our hotel and refunded the difference between the two services. We would definitely look to use his services again when we return to Jordan

From the first moment of our communication via message to now, Mohammad has always been super helpful, courteous, nice, and professional! What started as a booking from the airport to our Airbnb has expanded to many outings exploring Jordan. Mohammad is always on time and makes sure to have all the "extras" ready for us. Mohammad was wonderful! We actually booked him for two trips: first Amman to Petra then the next day from Petra to Dead Sea to Amman and airport. We had a great time driving with him! He was very proactive in communications and responsive. We changed our pick up time and it was no problem! He was very prompt even though we wanted to leave super early in the morning. We also took the scenic route which was lovely and stopped at some lookout points. Mohammad was such a thoughtful guide, picking us up with breakfast and coffee since it was early, then picking us up with fresh fruit the next day because he noticed we liked that. We had plenty of snacks and water and even a phone to play music for the drive. He was flexible and so friendly, even covering our entry fees when we could not find an atm. He also advised us on taxi prices and such, so we were not taken advantage of! We would absolutely book this service again and had a wonderful time in Jordan!

Mohammad was the most incredible driver we could have asked for! He is one of the nicest and genuine people we've ever met. He truly cares about you being able to see all that his country has to offer (even if it isn't the most convenient route). We had such an incredible time discovering things we never thought we would that we canceled the rest of our drivers for the remainder of our trip and stayed with him the whole time. He will take very good care of you and will also make sure that you aren't taken advantage of. I can't write enough good things about him. You would be crazy not to hire him as your driver/guide. By the end of our trip we considered him a friend and part of our family - out of 5 stars, he is a 10!

Mohammed was a great introduction to Jordan. He was on time and we ended up doing a 1/2 day tour (I believe!). His car was nice and clean and his conversation was friendly and informative. I appreciated him showing me around to the sites off the beaten path. As a solo female traveler, he made me feel very safe and comfortable. If I ever come back to Jordan, I would book him again!

Mohammad is great. He will work with your schedule and really cares about showing you the best of his country. I didn’t have WiFi on my phone and he gave me his second phone to carry around with me for the night. It’s things like that that make him superior to other drivers and we were so happy with our first booking, we booked him again for two days later!
