Saw some amazing sights but it was basically a taxi driver taking us to each site to explore independently

Better off getting Uber

Much much cheaper to get Uber between the sites (cost of average 2 JOD), most of which have the price of admission included in the Jordan pass. My driver didn't speak much English, we didn't go to some places that were specified, and found the money not worth it.

Unfortunately, it became clear to us that you didn't read what is included and what is not, you have booked the basic option, which includes a few sites only, and it is covered on your own, not with a local guide. your driver speaks English, but he cannot answer you about the historical and archaeological information of these sites, simply because he is not a local guide, so we are not hiding any details from you. Anwar was our driver, former teacher, he told us a lot of interesting things about the local culture and city, in very good english. His car is brand new and perfectly clean. There was a small confusion at the meeting point and unfortunately the tour operator had not provided the driver’s contact. But the driver was very good and waited for us at every site. Bottles of water included. Thanks Anwar!

This is perfect if you're short on time and want to see all the highlights of Jordan's capital. Built on seven hills, it makes a lot of sense to be able to be driven to the key sites and a nice way to spend a morning in the city and feel like you got a good idea of the main places to visit.

Ahkmed gave us a fun tour of the city and sights. It was so much easier to be dropped off to see the sights as he waited for us. His love of the city and knowledgeable narration helped us to better understand Jordanian culture.

Disappointing experience

The local guide agreed to reschedule our tour to a day museums and other sites were closed. They should have known. The driver droped us at the last site available that day and we had to walk back to our hotel. Fortunately our hotel was not far away. Very disappointing

Liars, Scammers. Moved Tour Times At Last Minute and Refused to Refund mM

They moved the tour the evening before to be from 11-3pm, which would have meant I would miss seeing Jerash that afternoon. Lied and said they’d refund me then refused to refund me. Scammers, stay away!
