Driver already at the arrival when we arrive, nice car. The driver, Ahmed speak a good English, and very polite. A bottle of water waiting for us when he open the booth of the car to put our bags. An absolute A+ service.

I booked my arrival transfer about a month in advance. A few days before my trip, I contacted the tour operator (Zaid Tours) to confirm my flight details and also that I scheduled a few other tours with them. They promptly responded and indicated Amer would be our guide for the week.
Amer was waiting for us at the airport and had water for us in the car. He also took us to get tea and we were hooked on Karak tea for the rest of the trip. Amer provided an overview about Amman and our sightseeing tips in Jordan. He helped us with our luggage and waited until we successfully checked into our hotel.
We had such a positive experience with Amer and Zaid tours that I booked our airport return and an additional tour with them directly.

We booked a car/driver to take us from the airport to our hotel in Amman. The driver was there exactly on time and took us to our hotel. He was very professional and was a very good driver. It was great as we did not have any stress.

This company is a joke, I used the app to change my flight details days before as I had a earlier flight. They never showed up and claimed they came to my later flight. But I had email of notification change. Viator and the company came up with bs answer to avoid the $70 refund. Do not use these companies! Also this happened the week before in Cairo no changes were made and they didn’t show! Viator is a con company

It is so sad and disappointing to receive such harsh comment and judgement; we sent you a message apologizing for the inconvenience, as your amended flight details (new arrival flight) did not reach our booking department. We still had the original flight MS 701, this is why the driver contacted you as he was waiting for you accordingly. We are contacting Viator for this issue as we do not know why the amended flight was not received by our reservations and operations team to act accordingly, it must have been a technical error as all amendments are confirmed via the chat and you did not receive a reply form us confirming the change, because we did not receive the flight change. We are a serious company and we receive millions of clients without any inconvenience; as it shows in our reviews and products, very punctual not missing any traveler. So we do not expect such action from your side or tolerate such comments! A refund was already provided by Viator for this.

My flight was delayed by two and half hours, the driver was nowhere to be found. Tried calling the number provided but the person said there was no way she could reach the driver because it's 3 am and the policy is the driver will leave if the delay is over an hour and half which I was not aware of.
However, the driver showed up at my hotel the next day and out of his own pocket reimbursed me the money I spent for a taxi to the hotel.

Please note the flight was delayed for over an hour and half which is the maximum waiting time, as explained in destination when you called the emergency number at 3 am. However as you have confirmed, WE (Zaid Tours and Travel – Operations Team) refunded you the airport taxi you paid of 40 JD around 60 USD to you directly in destination at the hotel, which is more than the amount of the transfer you booked with us as our prices are competitive and our service is excellent, out of good will from our side. We are really sad and disappointed of your review, when it is not our fault as the flight was delayed without prior information, yet we as a company took responsibility, which we could not have assumed as again not our fault; yet out of integrity, dedication, and respect we did. Hope this clarifies the situation further to all.

Reliable, safe, professional & smooth. Have to say I’m pretty glad I found this service - finding a ride to and from Amman airport has always been a hustle, especially when you arrive late at night and don’t feel comfortable taking just any car from the airport. After a long couple of flights getting into Amman, and then chaos and slowness of going through customs and getting your bags, it was super nice to have a very polite driver waiting for us. Good Driver! He is friendly I informed him of my flight 8:40 am but my flight was changed to 2:55 pm because my flight delayed twice due to technical issues and weather that’s why I missed the connecting city in Toronto so they booked my new flights then I emailed the driver about the arrival of 2:55 pm so I was not able to find him and asked the lady if she could call the emergency number then she told me that the driver would be coming to pick up. I’ d appreciate his patience and good driving very much.

Zaid Tour DID NOT pick us up at the airport. I called the local tour operator they said they were at the airport at 11am. I asked for 2pm pick up since October when I made my reservations. We took a taxi that cost us higher amount. This is not the first time that local tour did not show up. We demand for a refund and the difference of what we paid.
We are asking the Vistor Management to investigate the local tours behavior. We were bullied and arm twisted by the local operators to get more money thought we paid since October.
The stress, waste of time and energy, anxiousness of past and up coming tours is making our supposed to be relaxing vacation becomes a nightmare.
I will.be writing to the Ministry of Tourism to both countries Egypt and Jordan regarding the behaviour of the brokers and not tour operators.

I apologize for your disappointment, but please take note it is not our fault and we operate based on the information and details you include in your booking. The booking states arrival at 8.55 am. When you called at around 3 pm yesterday, we explained to you that the driver arrived in the morning and waited for you 2 hours as no show. Which means the service was operational and finalized from our side correctly as per your booking. There is no real complain on ZTT, it is the fault of the person who inserted the flight information and made the booking. There is no right for you to rate this product and service and no refund is applicable in this case. We demand on the other hand due to false information in this review to be removed immediately as it is harmful based on wrong information.

Petra is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to almost 100 countries. It’s pretty difficult to surprise me and Petra was beyond my imagination. In addition, my tour guide was phenomenal, which just added to this special day. Big thumbs up to both!

I am very happy with my airport transfer. The driver was polite, contentiousness, and knowledgeable. While making our way to the center of Amman from the airport, the driver told me about the city and pointed out various points of interest, etc. When we arrived in the area of my accommodations, the actual location was a bit hard to find and it was cold and windy. The driver, however, was awesome and asked for directions and made sure that he was dropping me off in the correct place before leaving. He helped me with my luggage and seemed genuinely concerned that I made it safe into my hotel. Very nice to have that when you are visiting a place for the first time! Thank you!

Driver waited for us despite the fact that we were detained a long time in Immigration because our meet and greet service different company did not show and delayed us significantly. Car was modern and clean, driver was skilled. Price on Viator was very competitive. Would use again.
