It was not a private car and driver. They simply ordered me a taxi. I could have done that myself and cheaper

Hello Mr. James Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback, Private cars are not permitted to drop off customers to the airport, it must be a taxi because it's fully insured not like private cars which have the basic insurance, and for the driver he is one of our crew and we believe he did his best to make sure you arrive safely to the airport.
