I would give this tour company a zero if I could. They didn’t show up and left us stranded. We called them 10 times, sent messages and waited for 45 minutes. They ruined our only day in Alicante. Do not book with this company.

I went to meeting place early and it started to rain. I waited and waited. No one showed up. I messaged tour company with NO RESPONSE. 20 minutes later I messaged Viator and they responded that after contacting tour company my tour had been cancelled. No notice was given to me by tour operator of cancellation. Very unprofessional by operator. Viator is issuing a full refund but that is not the point. The tour company must communicate cancellation promptly so other arrangements can be made had I known I wouldn’t have had to go wait in the rain for nothing. At least I had fun jumping in puddles.

meeting point was changed the day before. i had an e mail to inform me of this change but had no e mail access with me so i went to the meeting point i had been given when i booked the tour. i got a taxi and waited half an hour, i asked some of the castle staff if i was in the right place but no one knew. tried to phone you but could not get an answer. i had a short walk round and then made my way down. very disappointed. for the money it cost ,why could i not been informed by text or phone call.

We wrote you two days before the tour by viator Web and you didn't answer. The day before we wrote you by WhatsApp to the Phone number that apears in viator and you didn't answer. We didn't change the meeting point, but this is an Internet provider and we need to keep in touch by the internet.
