Glorified Taxi service

This was supposed to be a private tour of a number of towns, but was literally a glorified taxi service, didn’t speak to us and literally dropped us off in the town centres and said see you when your done. “ that’s being generous “ he would literally park and open our door and we would get out! We had no idea where we are going or what to see, hence this was supposed to be a private tour. We have had private tours in every other region we have been too and this was definitely not up to standard, especially when paying over $1000 Euro for a private tour. We have now also booked another tour to go to these cities to learn more about them. If your after just a taxi service in a comfortable car, then this is fine for you, if your after a private tour that the add says, our recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Dear Sir, we're sorry you had different expectations. All you had to do was read the description and you would have understood where you were going and that a tour guide wasn't included. I also wanted to point out that I don't think the amount you say you paid is accurate. I really hope you'll read and understand what you're booking next time. Thank you for your review. I hope it's helpful to people who book carelessly like you. I forgot, your tour lasted about 9:30, about 1:30 more than it was supposed to, and we didn't ask for any extras. Have a nice day.
