The tour was amazing! Communication ahead of the day was fantastic, our pick up was speedy and on time and the tour itself with Moses was incredible. This is my opinion is an unmissable morning to see one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.

I read the reviews. This guy at Moses seems like a good guy. But I booked for a sunrise tour and then he text me an hour before sunrise saying that he had booked it already and he couldn't go until 10:00 a.m.. really not a cool thing to do, especially when you're only having one day to visit the Taj. Either way, he offered to refund, but then I agreed to go to 10:00 a.m. but then later realized that I didn't want to do it and he refused a refund. Just be weary this guy may have good reviews but maybe that's why he doesn't care anymore. He has so many good reviews he can screw over random people. Too bad his business ethics are not good. His reviews sound like he is a good guy but why is he doing this to people?

To clarify for other travelers: you booked at the very last minute and did not respond to our coordination messages until midnight. and you know that very well, By the time you contacted us on the morning of the tour, the sunrise session had already departed. We immediately offered you a spot on our 10:00 a.m. tour to ensure you didn't miss the Taj Mahal, which you initially considered before choosing to cancel.
As per our commitment to fair service, we processed your full refund immediately upon your request on same day,which you already know, despite the last-minute cancellation. We take pride in our communication and our reputation in Agra, and it is disappointing to see a one-star review used as a threat after a refund was already granted.

This was an excellent tour. John was very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal. After the tour he invited us to share a traditional Indian breakfast with him. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

This was an exceptional tour. Moses first collected us from our home stay and walked us to the Taj. We had chai before heading in. He gave us brilliant details about the building of the Taj, materials used and history behind the architecture. We so much enjoyed his guiding we went on to Agra Fort with him. I could not recommend a more interesting and trustworthy guide than him!

The day that we had our tour it was very foggy but Moses our tour guide was exceptional and make the day fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and his photo taking skills are top notch. I think our guide’s name was “John”? Whatever his name, he had a very pleasant, reserved demeanor. He also shared a lot of historical knowledge and we enjoyed our time with him greatly.

John was an excellent guide with great communication prior to the trip. Very early morning tuk tuk was safe and picked us up at 5am in the pitch black and we felt very safe. We met John at the Taj and he took us through security, explaining everything really well. We were 2 of only 8 people there when it opened!!! It felt like a private personal experience. He took great pictures and showed us around the entire place telling stories as he went. It was a brilliant experience.

Excellent tour with Moses. He was very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and his passion for the monument really showed. He was an excellent photographer too, taking some great snaps of us at the Taj Mahal. The communication beforehand was great too, which made for a stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend doing this sunrise Taj tour with Moses.

It’s no doubt the Taj Mahal is one of the 7 wonders of the world. The hype and expectations were very high, but this experience still exceeded expectations. The building and grounds are incredible and our tour guide Moses was exceptional. Moses was friendly and informative. He also took outstanding photos and videos with our phones that we will cherish for years to come (we are not great at taking photos, so this was an added bonus). Highly recommended the sunrise tour and Moses as your guide.

What an incredible experience and how luck were we to have Moses as our guide for it! Moses made it such a lovely experience with all his knowledge and charm! We talked about not only the Taj Mahal and its wonderful story but also about Indian culture, religion, and everything in between! Moses was an extremely personable and warm person! Went out of his way to help us even after the tour and our time Agra ended! He was also nothing less of an incredible photographer and knew all the best spots! Could not recommend Moses enough as your guide! Truly made the experience!

Fantastic experience. Our guide, Moses, was very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and his enthusiasm for the site and related history was evident. The tour was organised well and we were even picked up and dropped off at our hotel by the guide. I felt we got the best out of this wonder of the world.

It was a great experience to bike around Taj Mahal and then climb upto a hidden and probably the best Taj view point. This sunset viewpoint was stunning and Moses, our guide, was great in clicking dozens of pictures for us. He was very well-informed and guided us on what all to visit in Agra and told us about the interesting history of Mughals and Agra. All in all this was a superb experience with a very gracious guide and I highly highly recommend it for everyone visiting Agra.

To be fair the gentleman was nice and refunded us but this isn’t even a tour. you will go about 30 yards in the boat because getting close to the Taj is not allowed. Also in order to get to the boat you have to walk through garbage and the boat is older than the Taj itself. This gentleman owns a bike tour company which seems to be nice so try that instead.

Fabulous experience and such fun. We were able to take some fabulous shots of the Taj Mahal from the boat. Sadly the sunset was not great but that's nature for you.
The owner of the business is very young but had a lovely personality and was very respectful.
