We had another great experience with this tour operator on our return journey as well. Everything was well organized and the communication was clear and easy. Our driver, Khem Chand, picked us up on time and once again made the trip very comfortable. He is very friendly, speaks good English, and was pleasant to talk to during the drive. It was nice to have the same driver again, as we already felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. The journey back from Agra to Delhi was smooth and safe, and everything went exactly as planned. Overall, the service was reliable, professional, and very well coordinated. We would definitely recommend this tour operator to anyone traveling between Delhi and Agra.

I give 4 stars because there was a major delay for the pick up due to traffic that caused us stress. However, the operator was flexible with making changes, the car was very comfortable and the driver excellent - drove us safely through a foggy night time from Agra to Delhi. I appreciate the service and delivery.

Easy drive but no room in trunk

Most of the road to Delhi was smooth and clean. Traffic was not a problem till we got to Delhi. Our driver spoke very little English but seemed nice. It was a little confusing at first when a different man began talking to our driver before we left. Later we determined that he was part of the local tour company but it was confusing. It was also confusing as to why our driver's trunk was almost totally filled by a large gas container. That meant there was no room for our luggage in the trunk. That did not seem at all good.

Dear Donna Thank you for having this review ,I like to inform that due to pollution ,petrol vehicles are restricted in Delhi in winters ,so we have to use CNG car ,the car has enough space and it has a roof carrier as well for luggage so your luggage was easily adjusted .My company manager meet you to explain these things to you but i don't know why it sound weird to you if he was honoring you for having us for this tour and explaining things to you . Very Good driver and SUV

Brand new Kia SUV was very nice. Our driver was very capable. The drive took longer than anticipated due to a traffic stop of about 45 minutes. since we were headed to the airport, I suggest leaving extra time for snafus.

We booked transport from Agra to Delhi. Pick up at our hotel in Agra was perfect in time. Driver asked many times if we were OK, there was water available and we had a stop for a coffee and toilet break. Driver was polite and a good driver and the car was well maintained.

Driver showed up on time. We got a confirm a couple of days before the pickup. The car was old, AC is broken. Driver speaks little English and when we head for a stop, we thought it would be 15 minutes break but it turned out it’s his lunch break and he took 45 minutes. Would appreciate a heads up, we had a flight to catch at the airport, luckily we set aside extra time.

Dear Guest Many Thanks for your review .I would like to clear few things .The Car was 2022 model so i guess its not consider to be old ,Second thing is ,There was think Fog on highway and if driver start the hot AC then where would be steam on the front glass and he would be unable to see anything especially in thick Fog which might be risky and our First Priority was to drive you safely . The Stop at highway was for you to use washroom and the driver just took a tea as a refreshment after driving in cold and chilly weather and there was no way a tea cup can take 45 minutes . Th driver drop you at the airport in 3.30 hours which is a standard driving time even in clear weather . Many Thanks for having this tour with us and very sorry for the inconvenience . So happy with this transfer. They were prompt, helped with the baggage, drove safely and got us to Delhi in great time. They had excellent communication throughout the process. It was myself and my girlfriend traveling alone. Traveling as 2 ladies in a foreign country can be intimidating but we felt safe the entire time! Car was comfortable and AC was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour operator, thanks Viator! I bought this transfer from hotel in Agra to Delhi on the 2nd Jan 2023. Akash was very responsive, great at communicating in real time to ensure best experience, and sought feedback on performance of his car and driver for further improvements. The car was spacious, extremely clean, had fridge to serve cold water upon boarding. Akash was kind enough to ask his driver (Mustak) to stop over for me to get foreign currency exchanged, recharge my mobile balance. He was flexible enough to allow me to choose my pick up time. The driver, Mustak, was extremely helpful, polite, clean and kind. He made this road trip a pleasant experience through his skilled driving and good chats. I highly recommend them.
