Zeeshan contacted us the day before the tour and double-checked all the details and confirmed transport. On the day everything went smoothly. Shan expertly navigated us through checkpoints and queues, sharing fascinating information and history along the way. He knew all the best spots for views and photos and took some excellent pictures of us. The Taj Mahal is truly stunning and the changing light as the sun rose was breathtaking. We were given 30 minutes at the end to explore and capture more memories. This is a highly recommended tour.

I have taken a while before posting a review because I have one chief complaint which I understand is not at all fair.
We had great difficulty in understanding our guide. His English was good and I’m sure it is just an accent thing but we took a lot of tours and this was difficult.
The meeting, entry and tour was extremely well organised.
We had paid for a photographer who was absolutely useless. A big old fashioned digital camera and no idea how to use flash. Fortunately whilst our guide might be a little different to comprehend he could take the most excellent photos with our iPhones. For that alone he was worth 5 stars.

Pankaj was absolutely brilliant! From the moment we met, he had such an in-depth knowledge of everything to do with the star attraction (Taj Mahal) as well as the surrounding noted areas. His sincerity shone through throughout, which left me wanting to stay for more, but alas, time did not allow on this occasion. The driver was professional and punctual despite there being a grand opening of the new Taj Mahal metro station, we arrived at the Taj Mahal in very good time. The online booking of this tour ensured an expeditious entry and exit from the venue. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my visit. Pankaj comes highly recommended by me, and I'll sure ensure that others to follow from me will have to make sure he is booked alongside any tour of yours.

Taj Mahal is so beautiful!
Our guide Lalita was excellent! She picked us up at our hotel, took us by car and tuk tuk to Taj Mahal, which we entered in no time with her and our VIP ticket.
This was a once in a lifetime experience of sheer beauty.

A great day from start to finish! The guide met us at our hotel and transported us to the Taj via tuk tuk. There was no waiting in line and we were inside the Taj within 5 minutes. The guide was very knowledgeable and informative and told us all about the history of the Taj.
The highlight was proposing to my girlfriend outside the Taj and she said yes!!
The guide was brilliant with helping me record the moment on video and he even recommended the perfect place for me to propose.
Such an amazing day! I would highly recommend booking with this company.

I usually don’t do reviews, that being said like so many people my age (70) and older there are places in the world I want to visit. I gave the tour a four stars because I don’t believe in perfection. Something’s like weather are always a crapshoot so this morning i rolled snake eyes and got a very foggy day. Somehow I didn’t let poor visibility lower my excitement of being at the Taj Mahal .
For me a sucker for love , There is no greater of love than is magnificent burial temple. My English speaking tour guide Bobby was great , no real problems understanding him( no more than some English speaking people trying to understand my southern drawl) He was full of knowledge. And I would also like to give big ups to the driver no ride at six flags has anything on being driven around the streets of Agra. You would be lucky to get my guide and driver, may your visit to the Taj Mahal be filled with great weather and it lives up to your expectations.

Overall poor experience.
Both Guide and driver were nice to us, (however, if you are looking for an in depth explanation of the history behind the Taj you might be disappointed) it felt the tour was organised in a way that forced to spend money rather than visiting the city of Agra. We felt like we were just being used for our money.
Soon after the Taj Mahal visit, without much explaining what was happening, the guide led us to have lunch in an overpriced restaurant. After that, we were told we would visit some form of historical place but instead we were forced to visit a clothes shop and a souvenir shop where staff insisted for us to buy stuff. We had no choice in this.

Thank you for your feedback, you booked Tajmahal and Mausoleum and demanded to go other monuments due to extra time you had.
Sometimes we have to ask / add extra charges if you want to upgrade services.

We were picked up from our hotel on time at 6:30 and dropped off at the western gate. As promised, we skipped the lines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us into the mausoleum first. We had declined a professional photographer and were glad about this, as our guide knew all the best spots and took a few really amazing shots of us. We were also taken to a marble factory where we got a small souvenir. I think it’s an excellent introduction to the Taj Mahal and having a guide is worth it but the one thing we missed was a bit of free time. If we could do it over, we would have asked them to leave us there and pick us up later to really soak up the atmosphere. (As it was, we did return later and walked around another 2.5 hours by ourselves). I will say that it is a somewhat pricey option but then again, you will save on the photographer. Overall, we were very happy and recommend this tour and operator!

Azaz and his network were great at getting us into the Taj Mahal quickly.Azaz was also a great tour guide, very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The only part of the tour we did not enjoy, was after the Taj Mahal tour, we were “hustled” to shop for souvenirs.

More expensive than buying direct, and also there were no lines to skip as we went at 5.45am for sunrise (which I would recommend), however I would still recommend this tour as the hotel pick up was prompt and having the guide Rashid was very informative. Great morning!

We visited Taj Mahal at sunrise on Saturday 3rd March 2023. Rashid was an amazing guide!
He was very knowledgable and helpful to us throughout the whole experience. He ensured we posed for the best pictures and also gave us 30 mins alone time in the Taj Mahal complex before meeting us to escort us out.
As an added bonus to the experience, he kindly stopped off on the way back to our Hotel so we could visit a Marble shop. Here we saw how inlay is done on marble, in the same technique used on Taj Mahal, and were able to purchase a few souvenirs. This part of the experience wasn't expected, so it was much appreciated & made the experience even more special.
Thank you Rashid for a brilliant morning! I would highly recommend him as a guide & to visit at sunrise, when the crowds are slightly smaller.

I took this tour on the 2nd Jan 2023. The tour guide was Kumar. He came sharp in time. The car was dirty and badly maintained. He made me walk whereas there was a buggy, upon request he flagged one when he already made me walk half way through that long walk. He had to pay INR20 for that, so I suppose that’s why he didn’t make me board it in the first place despite knowing I had knee issues. On our way back, he took INR50 from me cash to pay for it.
He was very occupied with his phone throughout the tour, though his company told me that I was the only client for that day. He did explain me things but I felt other guards were more proactive.
He took horrible pictures in great rush, most of my pictures came unprepared, eyes closed; including the pic he took on the bench in front of Taj (The Diana bench as he referred to it).
I just wanted to buy one fridge magnet, and I believe he took me to a factory where his might’ve got his gain. It was extremely costly. I was asked INR850 for the same magnet that I later bought for INR200. The next shop he stopped, I bought it within 5 minutes, but he wanted me to see other items saying he sent the car off for a repair! How could he, seriously? When I expressed my displeasure about him wasting my time, the car strangely returned within 5 minutes!
After boarding the car he was constantly having phone call with another visitor regarding the next tour. He made a stop in the middle and got off the car, and send me off with the driver alone to the hotel. The driver was on the phone the entire way which made me nervous because roads were busy and he was distracted.
Overall, it was a bad experience with this tour operator and I’d like Viator to be more cautious in selecting their partners.

Kumar was such an amazing guide! He picked us up from our hotel on time and walked us right past the long lines at the Taj Mahal gate. He's been doing this a while, so he has experience navigating through the crowds and knows where all the best pictures are to be taken! He was very kind, took his time to answer all of our questions and let us take photos, and gave us a lot of interesting information about the location. He pointed out things we wouldn't have seen on our own, and we're so glad we took this tour with him! We would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Taj Mahal.
