I booked only the entrance ticket to Taj Mahal. The provider sent to me the ticket in the night before 11:15PM (the best time to visit is before 6AM). They could send me the ticket earlier.

Great experience, professional guide. The tour guide was Sunny, met him at the gate and took the tour outside and inside the Taj Mahal. He was kind and willing to wait for pictures.

Very poor. I was told I would be contacted on the day by the tour guide. This never happened despite me chasing the agency numerous times the day before, no contact or instructions were given. Very unclear guidance provided, and when I informed Viator of this they wanted nothing todo with it and offered no refund. A shame, as there’s lots of good reviews too, but in my own experience it was shambolic and nearly spoilt my visit. After not hearing from them at 10pm the night before my 6am tour, I booked my own ticket on the website at additional expense. Luckily this meant I could still visit on a once in a lifetime trip

I have also told you that your guide will be there at 6 am and you have confirmed the same . I also share the chat between you and me to the viator thats why they havnt refunded you . You have cancelled the tickets at 10:15 Pm and we had a chat two time on th every same day first at 11:30 am and second time i have messaged you at 2:45 Pm and again at 6:38 pm i have confirmed the same to you . I was the one who has contacted you and followed up with you. I also had a detailed discussion on phone regarding the same but just to get refund you told the vaitor that no contact has been done and you need full refund . Viator has always been strict towards the supplier , if he finds any one single glitch in my services he would have refunded you at the very same time but as i told you i have given whats app screenshots of our conversation and viator is convinced with my proofs .

I had little time and booked just an hour in advance and everything was excellent. They immediately contacted me. My guide Sunny was excellent. He knew all the history and details and even made it as a photographer taking great photos since I was traveling alone. I highly recommend this tour to not stand in line and have excellent service.
