Saurabh Gupta was an absolute gem of a tour guide. So knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted in our tour. He was very caring towards us all and made sure we were safe at all times. Really good trip, they were Quick to organise it, they even helped with my delayed problems. The tour guide was good at explaining, and he spoke good Spanish and English.

Saurabh is a great tour guide! We visited the Taj Mahal and he has a great tour planned out (with plenty of time to take photos and explore for yourself), which really added to the experience. Saurabh has great knowledge of the local area, so we grabbed an impromptu lunch and then headed to Agra Fort. We rounded off the day with a marble works demonstration and then went back to the hotel. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Very enjoyable tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Our guide Ashik Khan - C.W.P No. 58932/2012 was most helpful, flexible and responded very quickly to our queries and concerns before and after the tour. He and his team were punctual and considerate towards our needed. Ashik took great pictures of all of us.
The drivers that took us around were also courteous.
Highly recommend this tour and Ashik the guide.

The guide and driver picked us up at the allotted time (6am - from the Taj Convention Centre and Hotel, Agra) and at the monument got us through the ticketing area (no Viator kiosk). However, there were queues already building up - and this is no criticism of anyone - so it's hardly a 'beat the queue ticket. Literally, hundreds of people, probably queueing for some time earlier were far more eager than us to get in. Security screening slowed things down. Our guide, from Keeper Landwey, though was great. Both amiable and knowledgeable he was also great with the camera. We had a fantastic morning here and would recommend getting the ticket to anyone.

I’m glad I booked this trip in advance. I got confirmation on WhatsApp with license plate, time and location of pick up day before trip. Guide with driver arrived on time. Pleasant and knowledgeable guide, he was not just a good guide but also a great photographer. Highly recommended.

Le Taj Mahal est un endroit magique a ne pas manquer lorsque l'on visite le Nord de l'Inde. Nasir notre guide parlait un francais excellent et nous a donné toutes les explications sur l'histoire du palais de l'amour...
Par contre, s'il est venu nous chercher a notre hotel comme prevu, il est venu seul et sans moyen de locomotion (j'avais acheté sur le net aupres de Viator une prestation avec le taxis !!!) Nous avons du payer en sus un Tuk Tuk pour arriver au Taj avec notre guide.
La formule billet coupe fil est tres bien et l'idee de venir chercher les touristes a l'hotel est excellente encore faut il que le contrat soit respecté !
Notre guide n'y etait pour rien, il travaille en freelance pour Viator qui n'a pas respecté l'intégralité de la prestation...
