Pick up from hotel which was great. Driver was a little late but communicated with us.
Massage was only about 40 mins max when should have been an hour and hammer experience was slightly odd as under really bright lights with lots of odd pauses. Whole experience should have been 2 hours but we were back at hotel in 1.45 hours

They need to make the room more relaxing ......by using dimmed lights in the hammam room,warm towels and warmed up room. The massage room was very cold,.. Iam sure if they change the scrub sponge....but would be good for a new one to be opened in the presence of the client just to make sure

This is an awful place to book. The advert on Viator is misleading and we have ended up overpayment for an service. We have booked for hammam and oil massage. We've received our tickets confirming the services plus hotel transfers. But they what's app us saying that we have only included the massage. The Viator customer services are failing to get in touch with them. Please avoid this awful business, they have ruined our wedding anniversary.

The spa, Hammam and massage were fabulous. Slight hitch with pick up so experience was an hour late and we did not get hammaman together as another lady was put with us. As it was our wedding anniversary this was a little disappointing However the venue is lovely and the treatment was fabulous.

Hammam was not great, not full length of time basically scrubbed you the left you in coffee for 20 mins waved it off and that was you, wouldn’t do again. However the massage was excellent! Lovely ladies and was perfect. Transport to and from hotel was great too.
Would rebook for massage but wouldn’t waste my money on Hammam.

The stuff is nice and friendly the facility is clean and reception lady is nice welcomes you the reason I didn’t give a five star is because there is room for improvement towards the cleansing ladies are supposed to have proper uniforms as they were in their own clothes and they had to mix up with water from cleansing the gown towel are supposed to be white so that it can be visible if they are clean or not the massage was nice
