This expreience was ok as driver picked and drop off us in time but this activity is just for 30 to 40 minutes not 3 hours.

Thank you for your feedback, just to let you know in this excursion including 3 stops kasbah 1h30mn bye cabl car ,30mn at the mosque and 1 hour for souk bazar. But in the evening after 7pm no visite for souks and others because wll be closed as montioned in the website .

If it’s your first time in North Africa this tour is a good way to see the sights of Agadir in comfort. We really enjoyed the cable car experience although it would have been good to be warned in advance about the number of people waiting at the top to get money out of you for camel rides, photos with snakes and goats etc. They descended like vultures on road kill. Other than that, I thought our guide Mohamed was very informative and a great conversationalist.

Horrible. He lied to us We bought the Private tour to go to the Cable car and the ig Souk. And then he said the Big Souk was closed. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we checked and it is opened. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Thank you for this negative review, the liar is who told that the souk is open Monday because he will make people go to the Souk Bazaar on Monday and find it closed. Monday the souk is closed, before booking the trip you should have read all the information on the website because everything is written there clearly that the market is closed on Mondays, avoid this day and book for another day when the market is open, again read the full information please before booking, thank you.

We were picked up from our hotel by our tour guide on time and taken to the cable car station were he allowed us enough time to have a good look around and I even had time for a camel ride 😀 After coming back down and our guide waiting for us we were meant to be taken to see a Mosque and have a walk around a market but we were so hot from being up at the kasbah that we just wanted to get back to our hotel and into that pool! 🥵

Only booked 1 hour before pickup and the whole experience was great. Driver turned up on time in and took us to the cable cars which was included in the price, picked up 1hr 30mins later which was ample even got a camel ride in. Drove past the mosque, would have been nice to stop and get a photo or two. Then went to the souk where we spent an hour looking round, driver did offer longer if we wanted. After we were picked up in the same location and taken back to our hotel. A great morning out.

The actual cable car part...

The actual cable car part was great, however the trip was meant to include going to the souks, which never happened. Despite the trip description clearly saying this, there was no communication to say there would be no visit to the souks or a reduction in price, due to the market being closed, I now believe due to Eid. The driver/ guide was pleasant but never explained the issue- it was only when we were dropped straight back at the hotel and I queried it, that it was explained. Not overly impressed paying full price for half a trip. The cable car is worth doing though- just disappointed not to experience the souks too

Agadir’s cable cars offer a breathtaking way to experience the city from above it is the standout attraction, providing a panoramic view of Agadir at a height of around 756 meters. The ride was a little wobbly due to strong winds but overall was smooth, and the aerial view of the coastline and city was truly breathtaking. The station is well-maintained, and staff are friendly. Once at the top, the ruins of the Kasbah and the views of Agadir’s harbor make the trip worthwhile. Overall, Agadir’s cable cars are a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy a unique perspective of the city.

This tour was sold as a trip to the cable car with jump the queue tickets followed by a visit to the Aargan oil factory and the Souk. The driver turned up 30 mins after I chased him. He described the visits after the cable car as 'optional', he obviously wanted to get back to what he was doing before I disturbed him. There were no queues to jump so paying the extra for that was a waste of time. There was no guide/commentary, so actually it was just an expensive taxi service.

Thank you for your review. you only booked the cable car ticket with the transfer service and optional other stops mosque coperoative and the Souk nothing else. no guide including if you want a guide cost extra 600 dh 3 Hours you have to Bock it with the Tour before starting. Cordailly

Wow what a trip, the guides picked us up in a very modern minibus, we went to the cable cars, they gave us an hour there which was plenty, we then drove to an argon oil place that explain how argon oil is made, we had traditional Morrocon tea, then we took photos of a mosque, then we headed to a market, we spent an hour there and only covered a quarter of it! Incredible to do all of that in 3 hours. We are five girls on a long weekend trip and felt safe at all time.

4pm tour Shame as cable cars were good But driver got us there 4.15pm last car down was 4.45pm so just stayed on Missed out on the mosque & oil factory so straight to the souk which was busy closing up too 😞

Thank you for your feedback. During Ramadan time everythings is closed around 5pm ,you need to bock your trip lettel bith early if you want to have more time for fun in the kasbah and in the souk. Maybe next Time. Cordailly.

Safe way to see some of Agadir’s attractions. Driver was really friendly and flexible on how long we wanted to spend at each place. Visited the cable car, a mosque, argon oil production and the souks. Approx 3 hours duration.

Save your money! Trust me.

Complete rip off already charging £20 more you’re better off going there and buying tickets. First of all our tour guide arrives a whole hour later. He was spam calling after 40 minutes him leaving us on the cable cars as he was in a rush to go. (It is a wonderful attraction would still reccomend doing but reccomend booking a cab to there and then buying cable car tickets that way you’d save £20-30). The driver took an additional 300 which is fine as I misread the Viator information but still our house was probably closer to the carts than most Agadir houses 10 minutes by car. That’s an additional £20 me and my partner could do this whole experience again save more with that 300 we gave the man. After all that when we tried booking a Jet ski the man started questioning if we have money since at first we were hesitant to give his 300MAD.

Thank you for your feedback,sorry but the roundtransfer from Taghazout 30km far way from cabl car station and from other towns is not including in the price as mentioned in the web site, free transfer including just from inside Agadir . You had cabl car tickets and car with driver for 3 hours during this tours the price for that is clear ,anyway thank you again for your feedback .

It was a good trip, our driver was excellent. He took photos and showed us places around the city. We would have like air con in the car as expected. It was very hot without it. Recommend the trip to anyone wanting a few hours away from your hotel

The 3hr booking I made was not what I received. The site said pick up from hotel and take to cable car and then return to hotel total time 3 hours. We were picked up and taken to pick some other family up we thought this was a private tour. Dropped at cable car and told we had 1 hour to see site at top of hill and return. When we came down we were told that we would be going to a mosque to a argan oil shop and to a souk none of which we had booked this was the other 2hrs of the tour. The web site said nothing about these extras which we had already been to all it said was pick up cable car and return for 3 hrs cheaper to book taxi and pay for tickets when you arrive at cable car station

Cable car was fabulous, overall disappointing as you reach the top.Lack lustre and not a very welcome place. Felt sorry for the sad Camels and a few ponies also . Tour guide was lacking in communication via text and details before it started.

We booked the trip as it said ticket on the cable car up to the Kasbah. We had unfortunately been up there the day before as part of a tour, so it was just something to do. I think we may have offended the tour guide as he wanted to take us to exactly the same places our tour guide had taken us to the day before. Had this specified that there was also a tour of Agadir as well as the ticket on the cable car, I probably wouldn’t have booked it to avoid offending the tour guide. The cable car trip was good and we had a different view- as planned.

The cable cars are a 20 minute walk from the hotel cable car ride 80 dirhams (£6.50) we was charged £26 per person by viator for this trip. A taxpayer there and back most likely 10 dirhams (£8) a ripe off!

This was so good you get to view the panoramic scenery which is absolutely stunning. Plus after the cable cars our driver syeed took us to an argon place showed us the largest mosque in Agadir. He then took us to the souk which is full of lovely things to buy.

Pick up from hotel was late in arriving, however after Viator intervened, they called and arranged another pick up time. Dropped off at cable car and provided ticket. Was given 40 minutes to explore the Kasbah after cable car trip after which the driver returned me to my hotel, with the option to go elsewhere if I wished.

Despite all this.we are sooryfor your Son who did not benefit from the trip he paid for previously.
