Pampering and Manipulation....

As a solo, older traveller I was a little apprehensive, but my 2hr of pampering and manipulation by Sara was wonderful. Communication was initially a problem; she only spoke Arabic or French, me only English, but we managed. My hammam was in a private room on a marble bed. Argan oil/soap was applied, followed by exfoliation and water wash, then coffee grounds were applied and I was scrubbed again, finally I was washed with soapy bubbles and rinsed. I was then moved to a massage room, where I was allowed to rest a while. Sara then gave me a deep massage with oil, using her hands and elbows. She manipulated my fingers, toes, shoulders, legs. It felt amazing. I even got a gentle face and head massage. The taxi pick-up was also excellent with clear communication, prompt arrival and a reassuring chat with the driver. You should do it, you won't regret it.

The massage was fantastic, however the body scrub (haman) was very disappointing,they don't have a steam room or sauna, neither is there a foam massage. The massage was wonderful, however the lady had to keep telling the workers to stop chatting so loud outside the room, she was fantastic,

To be honest this was my seconed time there with this place, last I came with my son and this time with my wife, I have had 100% better Hammam in Turkey and in Casa, it’s was absolutely dreadful , the women giving hammam had very awful smell like bad BO, the Hammam experience was nasty you spoilt my wedding anniversary and birthday. We had hell experince.

19 of us did this for a friend 50th celebration. It was amazing. From us being picked up to the treatments stage. All the staff were fantastic, they made us feel like we were royalty. Definitely recommend and l would absolutely visit again.

Shame about the jack hammer next door, but not the fault of them! Was my 2nd massage in 2 days. Went-for the hammam also this time. First time. They wash you exfoliate you and rub clay whilst in a steam room.

Two completely different experiences

This experience really was two totally different experiences. We went upstairs for the Hammam there were notices everywhere saying ‘ssh’ we went into the room had the water thrown on and gestured to lie down in the heat, this would have been relaxing if it had not been the loud talking outside the curtain from the two ladies doing the treatment this continued during each part of the Hammam along with very noisy building work outside, this was not a relaxed experience at all. We then went downstairs for the massage that was a completely different experience, two lovely extremely professional therapists, all done in silence with quiet chilled music playing, this was a wonderful really relaxed hour

Transport: driver was late as he was at the hotel gates trying to call me but as I was by the road waiting I had no WiFi. We were within feet of each other for over 10 mins and he didn’t approach us to ask. All others drivers made them selves known who they were there to collect. We also had to wait 35 mins to leave even though he was there , as another couple were coming back too and were still in the spa. It was only 10 mins away he could have took us back then gone back for them. Spa its self was nice, hammam area was on top floor and this wasn’t so good. Lady was nice and kind but kept leaving the steam room door open as we tried to relax to let the oils do their magic… so it wasn’t warm enough or private enough… all the girls (staff) were outside the door having very loud conversations which killed any relaxing vibes a lot!!! Very unprofessional !! We also heard a washing machine going too, and laundry handing all over!!! Very Small cup of tea was offered but no water at all, not even after the massage and my bottle was downstairs in the locker. We had spent an hour in a steam room, then an hour massage… water is essential!!!! Massage was nice, still some low chatter between masseuses (we were together in the room myself and daughter) but far more relaxing than the Hammam. All in all, it was ok. I wanted to experience it but don’t think I would again. Massage was light and I felt I would benefit from a more deep tissue. For the price, compared to hotel spa… well I guess you get what you pay for. So my review is it’s ‘ok’ but not great.

The glowing reviews for this place are highly questionable, and I regret falling for them. As someone who's experienced countless top-tier massages and hammams, I can confidently say this was the worst, hands down. I paid for a 2-hour hammam and massage package, but what I got was a complete rip-off and an utter disappointment. The so-called "hammam" was laughable, barely lasting 10 minutes with the most minimal scrubbing and washing imaginable. I spent nearly the entire first hour in the hammam room, waiting for actual hammam to happen for longer. It was a joke. I was frustrated but thought maybe the massage would be the saving grace. How wrong I was. The massage was a disaster from start to finish. The masseuse barely put in any effort and, at one point, was massaging me with one hand! I’m convinced she was on her phone with the other. The massage couldn’t have lasted more than 15-20 minutes, and then I was just left lying there to rest. To make matters worse, after this horrible experience, I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to finally drop me back at my hotel, with no communication or explanation. The entire ordeal was very disappointing. This place is nothing but a sham designed to prey on tourists (believe me, you will see a lot of them when you reach this place). There are far better hammam and massage options in Agadir that offer real, professional service. Don’t waste your time or money here. This is an outright scam—AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Correct massage, pity it was done in a room with several people (although there are curtains for separated) we could hear people talking, laughing quite loudly sometimes (clients) so not very soothing. I doubt that the massage is lasting 1 hour maybe 40/50min (hard to judge). No delay in the hands (pity). For the price I recommend anyway.
