A real scam

I am shocked and really disappointed on Viator. We booked two hours of hammam and massage. Hammam was a five minutes skrubbing and for the rest, we were laying down hearing to the women employees arguing laudly. Massage was a bitt better, but nothing special. After that they tried to connect our phones by NFC to an odd card to give them five stars.

I would like to respond to this comment. First and foremost, everything you said is false. You came for a massage while looking for something else that is not legal. You should have been honest from the beginning and informed me that you were looking for something illegal. In that case, I would have canceled your booking immediately. I have encountered situations like this before; this is not the first time. You can read previous reviews from our customers, which clearly show the quality of our services and prove that your claims are baseless. We strictly adhere to lawful and professional practices. Whenever two men book with us, we sometimes anticipate receiving comments like this. I sent you a message to address the matter, but you blocked me. You even tipped the staff member, which indicates that you were satisfied with the service. However, it seems that Hassan was seeking something inappropriate. You spent an hour in the hammam, and your claim that it lasted only five minutes is completely untrue. It is impossible to enter the hammam and stay for just five minutes. The massage was conducted professionally, and no one asked you to give a five-star review. If you had done nothing wrong, you wouldn’t have deleted my number or canceled the call. In conclusion, our hammam is a respectable establishment, and we do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior. Next time, before making false accusations and claiming fraud, I urge you to act respectfully and truthfully, and to show respect to both yourself and the hardworking women on our team. thank you

BEWARE - I got scammed

This business came up under "Experiences to do in Rotorua New Zealand." I'M IN NEW ZEALAND. THEY ARE IN MOROCCO. When I tried to get a refund through Viator MULTIPLE TIMES saying Id checked it and it's def listed as an activity IN NEW ZEALAND I was still charged. Viator never even got back to me, they just ignored me. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Die Damen bei der Massage haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben , war total super . Auch die Reinigung zuvor war toll , das einzige was etwas gestört hat ist , dass die Damen sich laut unterhalten hatten und man sich dadurch weniger entspannen konnte. Aber die Massage war einfach top !!!! Und die Damen total nett.
