Forget Stellar Tours - it's a fraud!!! How many others in Viator site?

Nobody picked us at the hotel. No answer to our messages through the site and direct e-mail, telephone didn't work, so apparently it's a fraud certified by your site which confirmed the booking and the payment, issuing the ticket. Another surprise is that no contact is possible with your organization. We comply with confirmation and payment and nobody cares about what happens to the travellers. Vacation spoiled, money spent and no support at all. Better find alternatives to organize my hollidays ...
