Tour guide was brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. He wss very informative and brought us to many interesting places. Thd views of the bay werd spectacular!

Overall the content of the tour was fine. A bit disorganized and felt overcrowded in the bus.
The problem was the operator I guess had oversold the tour and had several people on the tour that spoke little or no English. Normally not an issue but he spent half to over half the time speaking in solely Spanish to take care of these few guests while the other 12-15 of us had no idea what was being said.
I speak a little Spanish so I could tell he was leaving out certain details for one or both groups.
This was sold as an English tour. I can appreciate trying to accommodate people but not at the expense of the other guests.

Got a good general overview of the city. Pay the extra for the drink and show as worth it otherwise standing in the open sun to see the divers.

It is safe, moderate walking with an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. Beautiful scenery, ample rest room stops. The divers are magnificent! Well worth the effort and cost! The cost is less than those booked thru cruise lines.

The cliff divers were a must see when visiting Acapulco. Our tour guide took us on a tour of the market where the locals buy their food. Very interesting. Your guide, Rudy, was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

We visited Acapulco on a cruise, this excursion was an excellent way to see the city . Our guide Muro made it a special day showing us Acapulco , explaining all the sights and making sure that we were comfortable and safe . The cliff divers where the highlight . Malu was a superb guide, showing us diverse parts of Acapulco. We learned a lot , saw the divers from the shade of the hotel, did not need to climb the stairs up or down in the heat and still saw everything very clearly. A very enjoyable day.

We loved the idea of a small group in a van which enabled us to travel up to the top with the cross and chapel with incredible views. Malu was the guide and incooperated sights from the local market driven to the wealthy areas. Considering the limitation of four hours to visit Acapulco, I would recommend this small groups tour picked up just outside the ship

The tour guide my excellent and courteous the entire tour. He knew about the history of Acapulco and even the ancient Aztecs. The cliff divers was the best.

Our guides were Rudy and Jesus. They both were excellent. We spent a good amount of time at The Chapel of Peace enjoying the beautiful grounds and views. Both guides explained history and local with an excellent knowledge. The highlight was they got us to the cliff divers event on time. We chose to watch from the comfort of the restaurant where we had an front row seat and could enjoy a drink and snack. The divers are a must see!!! Our guides would accommodate stopping for pictures along the journey and explain in fluent English and Spanish. This tour is a must!!!

We became very sick during our trip to Acapulco. Rudy did his best to accommodate and move our tour to the following day. Unfortunately, we were still sick and needed to cancel our tour. Rudy did a great job! And we really appreciated his efforts!

Onze ervaren gids Rudy was wel top , hij heeft ons zelfs nadien foto s en een video doorgestuurd , alles van de excursie op zich was ok met als toppunt de klifduikers
spijtig genoeg hebben we met 6 man de excursie moeten doen in een klassieke break wagen ( geen Van of suv): gebrek aan ruimte, confort en voornamelijk in een wagen waarvan we dachten dat hij op ieder moment uit elkaar kon vallen.( ophanging, ruiten en deuren die niet sluiten of open gaan, ...)
