Our guide, Malu, was wonderful and the tour itself was fabulous. However, The van was awful; you can’t see out of windows because of the graduated stairs and the air conditioning vents on the sides were not working so it was hot in the van. Also, PLEASE provide water for your guests, but thankful that Malu let us stop at a gas station for drinks and snacks!

I sincerely apologize for the discomfort with the van. Limited visibility due to the window design and non-functional A/C vents are significant problems, especially in hot weather. That’s not the experience we want for you.
You're also absolutely right about providing water. That should be a standard courtesy, not an exception. I'm glad Malu was resourceful enough to arrange a stop, but we shouldn't have put her or you in that position.
I will make sure your comments about the van's condition and the lack of water are escalated to our operations team immediately so we can address both the vehicle and our guest amenities.

The guide and driver were both above average. What we saw was very nice, especially the turtle release into the Pacific Ocean. The problem was the Nissan van. It was the most uncomfortable vehicle that I have ever toured in. It was built for midgets, with very narrow seats and very little legroom. Just the worst ever.

Maloo (spelling?) led us on a great tour covering so much of Acapulco. She gave us the full 6 hours advertised. We saw magnificent views of the bay and then carried onto the new area with freshly constructed hotels and residences. We had great fun, releasing baby turtles into the ocean. We loved the beautiful chapel of peace on top of the hill. We loved seeing the neighborhoods of old Acapulco, including a busy and colorful market. Cliff diving show was spectacular. Loved the Diego Rivera artwork.

This was a great tour. It doesn’t take 6 hrs but you need 6 hrs because of the traffic. Malu was our guide and she was excellent. We went to the turtle release first and found it really interesting and fun. We then went to a fantastic viewpoint at the cross on the hill. We then went and watched the cliff divers at their 1:00pm show - this was incredible and you have to be there to see them swim across a small inlet, climb the cliff then dive off - very iconic and famous. We finished with a drive through of the market and a further sightseeing spot which no big vehicles could ever get to. The van could do with an upgrade but we just went with the flow and made it part of the experience.

This was an amazing experience . I would recommend to anyone visiting Alcopolco . Rudy and Milla were wonderful . They explained so much of the history of this beautiful place . If you want the full experience this is definitely the way to go .

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our tour guide Alex and this adventure. Everything was timed perfectly. The devastation of the country from the hurricane a few months ago is beyond words and very sobering. Not sure if the economy will ever recover. But on a positive note we had an amazing time releasing the baby turtles into the ocean. We stopped for lots of scenic photos and had a nice lunch with drinks at a restaurant overlooking the cliff diving show. He even tried to find me a place to mail postcards but I forgot it was a holiday so the post office was closed. I highly highly recommend this tour when in Acapulco and hopefully you will get Alex!!

Great tour we came off the cruise ship and was met by our guide . Everything on this tour was perfect and we got to see a lot on it and everything was well explained by the guide . The turtles was an amazing experience and the cliff divers breathtaking our group decided to pay extra to go to hotel were the view was superb . Nothing to dislike on this tour if your coming of a cruise do it don’t waste your money on ships yours which see less and cost more . They will make sure you are back on time

We enjoyed our guide and helping send turtles out to the water. We enjoyed seeing all aspects of the city. Also our guide had lots of good history to share with us about Mexico. We loved changing seats so nobody was stuck in back the whole time. Great guide!!

Excellent!!! Rudy, Alfonso and Balfre - gave us an A+ experience in Acapulco! It was magnificent. We appreciated that they showed us all aspects/areas of the city. (i.e. poor, rich) Their English was very good and they explained EVERYTHING in so much detail. Super informative and educational. (Awesome and enriching to be exposed/engaged with the locals.) Oh... and they were punctual, something you do not always experience with tours.
Divers! Turtles! Local Market. Typical local food. Edible "gordita" in the market. Views from the Chapel of Peace. Oh my goodness, releasing those baby turtles was a heartwarming experience. <3 Again, this is a 5-Star tour, especially if you have a desire to hear, learn and experience, the lives of the local people and country.

The tour was very unorganized.
the guide was more interested in talking about his childhood there than information on the city. Worst of all we arrived too late to see the cliff divers dive.

Seeing all the sights of Acupulco in one day by private car was the best way to go. From the cliff divers to the Peace Chapel, the turtle release and the scenic views that you can't get to by tour bus. Our tour guides, Rudy and Balfre, we're very friendly and knowledgeable, and knew all about the history of Alcupulco and the best places to visit. This tour was a great value!

Wow. Rudy and Mario were awesome. This a must do tour! We learned a ton about Acapulco and got to drive through local neighborhoods, see some amazing views and take in the sites. The turtle release and cliff divers were amazing. Acapulco has done a great job with COVID related safety. Temp checks, hand sanitizer, etc. I highly recommend this tour.

The 6 hour tour offers an exceptional perspective of Acapulco! The tour guides are very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and share their personal experiences and opinions, which makes this tour one of a kind. The local sea turtle organization is well-operated and clearly dedicated to its mission (not exploitation of the animals). We loved every minute of this tour, from the dive show to the local beach lunch, and it was perfectly modified for Covid safety. The guides wore masks the entire trip, sanitized at every stop, and avoided crowded areas to ensure our safety. Highly recommend!

Little disappointed. Tour advertised as private and it wasn't. Package was to include a table and drinks at the divers. Didn't happen as it was not in the other couple's package. Stood on stairs in the sun to watch the show. When the error was pointed out drinks where supplied at the restaurant to compensate for error.

Still giving the tour 4 stars as we did enjoy it but recommend packages are checked prior to picking up guests to ensure you are giving the proper tour.

Extensive tour covering the entire city. Lunch is not provided but you can order food at the dive sight immediately upon getting there. The turtle release is fun and a great experience.

The perfect tour indeed. The guides are very knowledgeable of the history and traditions of
Acapulco. The guides are very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions of the area. You will see multiple sites which are beyond beautiful. The mountains and cliffs droping into the sea below, to the boats throughout the bay.. The majestic Cross over looking the town with a catholic church complete with bolders inside is an architectural wonder that will leave you breathless.We had many flight and rental car issues that delayed our reservations but these men worked with us every way possible to make sure that we did not lose this great tour. Not only do you see all the good sites but you will see area of the city that only the locals know. You will eat at a beach front restaurant with some of the best food you can ever imagine, don't be afraid to order more than 1 item because the price is very reasonable. The cliff divers are just amazing and will leave you awe struck.My wife and I suffer from various health issues which makes most tours of this caliber impossible for us to do. Our guides noticed we were struggling and immediately adapted to our needs catering to our situation ensureing that we never missed a thing. We have made 2 new friends both honest and respectable both of high charafter and great morals. This is an experiance that we will never forget. Once again I would like to thank our guides for the wonderful job in which they done.

It was a rainy day but our guide Alfonso left nothing out. We saw the whole range of things in Acapulco. From the downtown open air market, the wall mural, scenic overlooks, expensive home neighborhoods and the famous Cliff Divers.
Alfonso explained each location in detail while driving us in an air conditioned van and even showed us where he lived. He got us to the divers Cliff divers just before they started diving again, parking very close and explaining our viewing options. The best views are free but require stairs. They sell $2 pictures and $5 autographed T-shirts up and down the stairs.
He gave us the option of going back to ship or going to the silver shop. Half of the people got off at the ship and the rest of us went to the jewelry store. We found my wife a new ring and bracelet for her birthday and they sized the ring for her in about 15 minutes.

Tour operator and guide was very focused on the current political situation in Mexico and spent at least 25 of the tour's narrative sharing his opinions on Mexico's political parties. Very disappointing! While the divers were fun to watch, they were more interested in selling their wares that making connections with tour participants. The best part of the tour by far was the turtle release! Participating in this simple yet significant event was worth it. However, this could have been done without all the time driving through back streets of Acapulco.
The guide kept saying there was no need to take photos, as he was taking photos and videos of all activities and promised to send all participants a download link for free. Needless to say, I believed him...a total lie! While he quietly collected everyone's emails for his personal use...nothing was ever sent...hence we have no photos.
Finally, the last stop was at a beach restaurant...approximately a mile for the cruise ship. No one on the tour was given an option of not attending the restaurant and returning directly to the ship. Since this tour catered specifically to the cruise ship and all participants having dinning for free on board...it was just another way of creating an opportunity to force the collection of money for local businesses. The food was inexpensive and fine as most local restaurants go. Aside from the turtle release, this is not a tour I would recommend. My wife and I have visited many places in Mexico over the years, and this one just confirmed sadly how Mexico's struggles continue.

ACAPULCO 6 HOUR TOUR. This Tour was great, Jose and Beto our guides were awesome and made the experience very informative and lots of fun! My favorite part of the tour was the baby turtle release and the walking tour to the market, it was Astonishing, to say the least, particularly the witch Doctor visit. Loved the divers and the history, we never felt rush so we could experience more. Beto and Jose were very patient with all our photo taking and brought us to an amazing restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend taking any of his tours, they are great guides and will make your visit that much better which I didn't think was possible, it is amazing here.

Amazing tour! Like the tour guide promised, we really saw a lot of Acapulco, the beaches, the resorts, the local markets and the cliff divers! The highlight had to be the baby turtle release! We went to the beach and they gave us two baby turtles to name and to help release into the ocean and increased their chances of survival. So special!! The owner even took video of our whole trip and posted on youtube which we could share with family and friends.

It was an excellent tour. We were able to see all of the main attractions including the diving. What I liked is taking the tour in a smaller van rather than a bus. This gave Rudy the ability to show us not only the expensive homes and hotels but all aspects of Acapulco living including the huge outdoor market for fruits, vegetables, flowers, meats and fish. We did not stop, but the streets are so narrow a large bus would not be able to go through.

We learned everything there is to know about the wonderful city of Acapulco in the full day tour. It just so happens we lucked out and basically got a private tour due to a mix up with the system, but honestly it would've been just as enjoyable with others as well. Our guide was the nicest and really knew his stuff, had no problem with doing the tour in English, and really was committed to giving us the best possible experience. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see all the sights and sounds of this town.
