The tour with Malu was very informative. She knew details of Acapulco past and present that were very interesting. We went to places I wouldn't have been able to find on my own.

I was the only one on the trip but they went ahead with it anyway. I was chauffeured in a car by a friendly English speaking driver. I enjoyed all of the sites and saw a lot of Acapulco, excellent value for money.

Guides, Roger and Rudy, were amazing. They truly enjoyed sharing their love of Acapulco. They took us to a multitude of beautiful places and even places off the beaten path. They treated us like family. Not once did we feel unsafe or unappreciated. We couldn’t have picked a better tour!

Great tour. Well organised and friendly. They met us at Cruise terminal and took us to the highlight areas before heading to the cliffs to watch the divers - which were amazing.

The tour guides Rudy and Santiago were very knowledgeable about where to eat, what to do and the history behind the different locations we went to. They had good sense of humor and would answer any question you threw at them, even why parts of the trees are painted white and others not. They are both fluent in English and Spanish and are very accommodating with what you'd like to know and do. As far as what you see/do: The divers were amazing! One thing I would change, if I had the powers of the universe: While this is a half day tour and there is a tight schedule, I was hoping for a bit of time to shop at a market, being that the rest of my vacation time was spent at the beach, relaxing. Where we stopped to shop was primarily jewelry and while I LOVE what I bought, I also wanted to see other shops. Not a big thing, but if you're looking multiple places to shop, this tour is too short to do that. Both Rudy and Santiago are very straight forward and will point you in a safe direction to go and explore. Also, if you're staying at the Mayan Palace or other hotels in the newer area, this tour costs more than is initially quoted on the website due to the location of the hotel.

We were met by the management director Rudy just outside the exit from our cruise ship. He informed us of what our day would include and introduced us to our tour director Marco who was incredible. He was very genuine and highly informative. Our small group of 4 was much more personal than a large group and gave us the ability to ask questions at any point in time. His lifelong knowledge of Acapulco was amazing and left us with information we would have never known about. His wealth of information from the economy to the details of a Quinceañera there was a young girl having formal pictures taken at the chapel.
While the cliff diving was spectacular in its own right, it was Marco that explained what to look for, why they waited for a certain point in time to dive, the religious praying to the gods before they dove and the history of cliff diving. We were treated to breathtaking views of the city from many vantage points which you won't get from a big bus as there isn't room for them to pull over.
We would highly recommend using Rudy and his group for your next tour in Acapulco. You will feel comfortable, safe, well taken care of, and walk away with a better perspective of this beautiful town.

This tour was incredible! Roger, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable. He took us to the regular Acapulco sites. Then they took us to some other great places. They gave us lots of opportunity for pictures, and had no problem if we wanted to stay a little longer. Comfortable van, and we always felt safe. Do this tour!

We are already very familiar with Acapulco, having visited numerous times. Still, we decided to take this tour, just to see what it was like. The price was incredible, the tour was exceptional. José and Rudy are able to give a personalized tour based on your interests, previous knowledge and abilities in Spanish and English.
They are funny and at the same time knowledgeable and passionate about their beautiful city. I highly recommend it.
