We pick up and drop off all our passengers coming by Cruise, either at 9:30 am or 30 minutes after your cruise has docked. We will adapt pickup accordingly to cruise ship arrival. Pick up place: Right after the last security gate, before reaching the street, next to Police Station. We will be there with a sign "with your name". Kindly contact your local supplier to settle the exact time and place of pick up to our phone or to our email. Muchas gracias and welcome to Acapulco.

our God was good, but unfortunately, she said the PA system was not working so it’s difficult to hear her as she did not face the back of the bus for a lot of her commentary. Saw a lot. Traffic was heavy, but we got back to this ship in the allotted time

Excellent tour. Jose, the English speaking guide provide amazing tidbits of Acapulco glorious past. Think about Tarzan, John Wayne, Diego Rivera, etc The best part of the tour is the in between anecdotes between the major attractions. Seeing the everyday life of the citizens was interesting. This tour covers a lot of area in a short period of time. Great lunch (not included in the price) was wonderful. Highly recommended.

It was a great trip. Only thing was we did not receive a beverage. The tour guide askesus to sit down and his boss came around and said we would have to pay $10.00. We told her it was included but she got angry with us and told us we needed to pay because we had already seen the cliff divers.and the tour guide said a joke about masterbating, not appropriate at all and the vehicle had no shocks and we were thrown up in our seats and it hurt my back

We did not receive our beverage, the guide told us we needed to pay an additional al 10.00 for the view and a drink. He told us to sit and wait and then his boss said we needed to pay but I told her we were told to wait there and we did not get a drink. She insisted I pay because I had seen the divers. I did tell her I had not received a drink, rude lady.

Began in a disorganised fashion. Twelve people for the bus were told meeting times which varied from 8.30 and 10am! This was quickly resolved however and dealt with in a calm, professional manner. The trip itself was absolutely excellent and we saw a huge amount in the allotted time and for the price we paid. The guide was very good. The only reason we have not scored this higher is because the vehicle used was totally unsuitable and ALL of us were very uncomfortably cramped into a minibus far too small to hold capacity in comfort. We were VERY cramped and squashed and had to keep changing seats in order to be fair on each other. We were all of average size. The air con did not work well either. This spoilt an otherwise excellent trip.

This tour was amazing. The best tour we have ever been on. We did all the top spots of Acapulco. The day ended at the cliff divers. Roger our guide got us the best seats in the place with a perfect view of the divers. I am disabled with a cane and Roger went out of his way to help me in and out of the van at each stop. He was the best guide!!!!

Very good, very interesting tour. Our guide David was knowledgeable and told us a lot of stories of the city. He also showed us the best views. The Chapel of Peace was a pretty nice place. We liked a lot the Los Flamingos Hotel once owned by Johnny Weismuller, and the story about it. The Diego Rivera mural was wonderful. The divers at La Quebrada were very interesting too. Highly recommend the tour!

Bad experience no guide in French

Unpleasant surprise. We had booked with guide in French and nothing was contradicted until payment. Our voucher clearly states the guide in French. On arrival in stopover the tour operator announces that since we are that two French there visit will be in English to take or leave with refund. On a 9-hour stopover difficult to find anything else. No commercial gesture offered, a refund but no visit.

Schöner Ausflug im Mini-Bus nur zu viert. Herrlich, wie der Fahrer verliebt war in „sein“ Acapulco und versucht hat, uns genauso zu begeistern. Der Guide war ebenfalls sehr sachkundig. Weit empfehlenswerter, infividueller und günstiger als die Touren der Cruise-Gesellschaften.
