Confusion over tickets

I bought my ticket 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I was immediately sent what looked like a valid ticket but was rejected at the gate. Staff told me it happened frequently. So I had to buy another ticket. The actual ticket was sent by the provider and came in 90 minutes late ! Dont send what looks like legit tickets if they are useless ! It creates frustration and confusion. Change your system so the actual ticket is immediately sent, and not some worth less document

It is a beautiful building with modern architecture and artistically decorated. Allow about 2-3 hours to visit since you do need to stand in line, even though you have bought tickets on line. You will also need to wait for the bus to take you from the entrance into the presidential palace. Highly recommend to visit.

Qasr Al wataan tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Mohammed is really an amazing guy. He is very enthusiastic, friendly, and very eager to share with us knowledge on everything about Abu Dhabi and its history. The light show in the evening was really nice.

One of Abu Dhabi’s top 5, it was closed for a state visit when we arrived but adjusted our schedule to visit it - definitely worth it. Beautiful palace albeit recently built so not a lot of history.
