    Purtroppo il mio volo fu dirottato per via delle condizioni meteorologiche da Delhi e dunque, appena l'ho scoperto, ho subito avvisato il tour operator chiedendo se fosse possibile ottenere almeno un rimborso parziale, considerando che, ad esempio, il costo della cena non aveva ragione di sussistere. Mi e' stato risposto che da policy, giustamente, vi e' specificato che la cancellazione non avrebbe previsto il rimborso. Ho dunque chiesto se fosse possibile perlomeno spostare la data dell'attivita': mi e' stato risposto che avrebbero chiesto ma non ho piu' ricevuto alcuna loro notizia. D'altro canto, mi risulta che Viator ed il tour operator non siano in contatto dato che ho continuato a ricevere email di notifica dell'inizio dell'esperienza prenotata, anche ore successivamente all'orario di partenza, come se non fosse mai stato segnalato il fatto che io, su quella jeep, non ci sono mai salita. Pessimo servizio clienti, dunque la prossima esperienza nel deserto vedro' di non prenotarla con voi.

Regarding our cancellation policy with Viator, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled activity for any changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, once we have arranged the slots and provided the pick-up time, we cannot break this policy.
