Great tour!

This was a long bus ride but very worth it. Just get to see more of the countryside. Guide was great. Gave lots of info and kept us informed on what was going to happen at each stop. More time at Grindelwald would of been nice as there is so much to do. Over all it was a great tour.

Highly recommend

We left on the bus at 0715 promptly. Marco was our driver and Salvatore was our guide. Marco is an excellent driver manuerving through the streets of Milan and the twisty-tight turns up the Swiss mountains. Salvatore speaks four languages and his mind is loaded with facts. He was easy to understand. The Bernina Express was just the way to go through the Swiss mountains. It was comfortable and I felt safe because it doesn't move too quickly. There were just enough stops for restroom break and free time. The chocolate is St. Moritz was so creamy. I would love to do this tour again over and over. It's worth the price

Why was the experience worth it.

The entire experience was really smooth, the pilots and instructors are extremely professional and caring. As you go in a group to the launch site, it's a really nice opportunity to connect with your pilot and fellow group members who come from all over the world. The ride will be of 15 mins and from a perfect location, which is just at the right altitude and covers all the major views including Mt. Jungfrau, both the lakes of Interlaken-Thun and Brienz, Interlaken city beneath etc. You don't have to worry about anything, just relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Its really safe for first timers.

Most memorable trip I’ve ever made !

That’s an awesome trip. The beautiful view from two type of cable car and from top of the mountain just wow ! Covers almost all the expectations in terms of ride. Covered a lot with in 6 hours. Understand little expensive but considering number of ride and distance it covered, it worth. I would recommend it to others. Last but not the least, the guide was also awesome!

Superb experience, suitable for all ages

Superb experience, allow about 5 hours or longer if you want to undertake one of the mountain-top hikes. We chose to start with the lake trip and end on the cablecar. In late September the weather was extremely warm and unbroken sun so take suncream. If ferry timetables allow, build in a 60-90 minute gap at Alpnachstad. There are lovely cafés and llake views, but more importantly the queues to board the cogwheel can be cumbersome. On the day we travelled they were almost sold out so at short notice they held back all travellers who had not opted for the 5CHF seat reservation

We’d come back just for Niels!

I’ve been traveling for years and this was hands down THE BEST tour experience I’ve ever been on! Niels was the greatest tour guide we’ve ever had. The day was full of fascinating information, mountains, cogwheels, ice caves and Niels stayed with us every step of the way, making it the smoothest and easiest tour we’ve ever done. The jokes didn’t hurt either! This is a fairly expensive tour and was worth every cent to have the full experience we had.

Breathtaking Experience!

This was a great excursion for the limited amount of time in Switzerland. The bus ride was beautiful and not for those who experience motion sickness, due to the winding narrow road that we traveled. Great Excursion to Top of Europe

The Guide, Alexander, was great, giving much information along the route. He always had his flag raised so you could follow him and gave distinct times to meet back up by. It is a long ride on a bus on winding roads, just an FYI if you have motion problems. The view on Top of Europe was fabulous, we'll worth the ride. We bumped into my cousin ( who lives 10 miles away at home) as about to enter the Ice Palace.

Transportation needs GREAT IMPROVEMENT

The tour guides were 10-15 minutes late as the double decker bus we were on was coming from Zurich. He then proceeded to lie to my group of 7 by saying he was on time. Later on the bus, he did admit and apologized for being late due to the transportation from Zurich leaving late. We were cramped and closterfobic on the bus as the seating was small as well as the ceiling height was the same because of being a double decker. I'm all for the company making a profit, but it was ridiculous. The views and scenery were amazing. I would look at other tour companies and specifics along with pricing before I booked.

4 countries in one day---of course

This is a buck list tour. The stops at the Rhine Falls, Lindau Germany, Austria and Vaduz Lichtenstein were once in a lifetime all in 1 day. John was our tour guide and great. He was so accomodating and answered every question clearly. I gave the tour a very good--HOWEVER be aware we were crammed into a tiny van. The front middle seat is not designed for a normal size adult. It is unsuitable for a 12 hour tour. That was my only complaint.
