Great value for a very interesting tour.

An excellent way to get to know your way walking around the Medina and surrounding area. Great value for money for a 3 1/2 hour tour. Our guide, Hassan, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions asked. Bahia Palace is beautiful and Hassan provided lots of information about its past. Small group of 14 so you could easily hear everything he told us, even though it was very busy. Nice visit to the tombs and some local souks. Very enjoyable.

Loved it! Moses was great

Such an amazing experience! Moses was a great guide. He let us stop to see fossils which weren’t included in the tour, gave us loads of information, and made the van ride fun. I recommend the 3 day tour if you can because we saw and did so much!! Sand boarding was a quick activity and it would’ve been nice to do a bit longer, but even so, such a cool experience.

It was an unforgettable...

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We met our tour guide Aya who made sure the group was well taken care of. They took us around in a clean and comfortable vehicle. First stop was the oil distillery (they were not pushy which is much appreciated), followed by camel ride, quad bike ride and dinner with show. Everything was done efficiently within half a day. Overall a five star experience and I will recommend it to my friends.

A must do!

I was travelling with three of my sisters and we booked a private tour including lunch provided by a Berber family. We had a wonderful day! Our guide, Mohammed, was kind and informative. The hike part is very easy to do and Ali, who guided us, was lovely. We were given a locally grown apple as we walked! The lunch was perfect, totally authentic and served on the rooftop terrace of the house with views across the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and it made a change from the hustle and bustle of the city. I’d totally recommend this, absolute value for money!

Absolutely amazing!

This was one of the highlights of our trip and an absolute must do, despite the early start. We were picked up at 4:40 am, but the timing depends on the sunrise. Our driver, Mohammed, was great. The balloon pilot, who I think was called Abdul (but I’m not sure) was fantastic. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe. The balloon flight itself was unforgettable! It was magical suspended there, seeing sun rise over the desert, surrounded by tens of other balloons! A plentiful breakfast was served after the flight, a variety of breads, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, honey, oil, a small salad and tea or coffee served with a smile by another Mohammed. I’d thoroughly recommend this to everyone!

Our group had a magnificent time on this adventure. The evening had everything: a camel ride at sunset, a delicious desert dinner, live music, and a fire show that had us all captivated. A special thank you to Imrane, who went above and beyond. I arrived late, and he made sure I was able to meet up with the tour and didn't miss out. That kind of thoughtfulness set the tone for the whole night. The food was great, the entertainment was engaging and fun, and the crew was both warm and incredibly talented. It felt like a truly special experience, not just a tour. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for an unforgettable evening!

All aspects of this...

All aspects of this experience were great. WhatsApp night before to confirm pick up location and time. Pick up was at the nearest possible point to our riad (about a 10 min walk due to being deep in the Medina). Transfer was smooth (and we caught a couple of extra minutes of shut eye due to the start). Pastries, coffee and juice served on arrival, watching some of the earlier flights around the tents. Then back into our transfer vehicle out to the balloon. Staff were wonderful and friendly. The ride was amazing with around 45 minutes of flight time. Amazing views and a real new experience. Then after a mildly bumpy landing (I'd have been disappointed if it was too smooth), back into the transfer for a berber breakfast. There was almost too much choice and would've been a little useful to know what the different items were, but just picked and tried.

I enjoyed the experience. I was a little worried because I hadn’t received the trip details, but the team sent them via WhatsApp at around 17:30 the day before. Captain Noor was warm and experienced. She took her time explaining everything and even took personalized photos of everyone on board. That thoughtful touch made the experience especially memorable.

Interesting and informative

Our guide led us through many parts of the Medina for tastes of traditional pastry, soup, snails, fast food, snacks, and a meal. He highlighted local vendors, gave tips on how to be a discerning shopper, and relayed history of the Medina. The tour gave us a great introduction to Marrakech.

Was a good overall and...

Was a good overall and guides were very accommodating and knowledgeable. But only 6 of the 10 stops were done. Not sure why, maybe traffic. Rick’s cafe was a disappointment as it’s not anything near the movie likeness and was built in 2002 maybe? I’d remove that one…as you cannot go inside.
