Highly recommend

Extremely cool experience! Everything we wanted it to be! Our driver Eddie was very good (it's about 75 min of driving). The hike was fantastic and our tour guide Alejandro would outstanding! Our kids said it was the coolest thing they had ever done- waterfalls, cave, a natural waterslide, and a cliff jump! Terrific experience!! There were some difficult parts of the hike that would be very challenging for kids younger than 6-7, elderly people, or those with poor mobility and stamina.

Very cool experience. Had an added coffee and chocolate experience that was not suggested in the booking. We had a. Excellent tour guide named Graybir who was fantastic. He truly knew the culture and the personality of Costa Rica and added greatly to the experience. There was a decent amount of driving but it was broken up and not too bad. Overall a great experience!

Our family had a great...

Our family had a great day with Manuel from pickup at our villa through to drop off. Chocolate and Coffee was a great way to start the day and was a good pick me up following the first leg. Next we swam at the beautiful waterfall but the sloths, frogs and snakes were the star of the day. Thanks for a great outing none of us will soon forget.

Family adventures

We were picked up at our hotel early on time and driven about 45 minutes with no traffic to a location where we then switch cars to an off-road vehicle. We wrote about 20 minutes and then we were able to use restrooms before we started the hike into La Leona. It was gorgeous. A Very very fun family day!

Great service, would use again when in Liberia!

My husband and I were picked up at the Liberia airport by Heiner. He was waiting for us outside of the airport with my name on a sign. The drive from the airport to our hotel was roughly an hour. On the way, Heiner provided some insights about the region. The driving was very smooth and relaxing and he had water ready for us. He and my husband even were listening to the World Cup game and would give each other updates. Service was great!

An Educational Nature Tour

It was a great tour. There is, however a lot of walking up and down steps and bridges, so be prepared to get a lot of cardio. You should be in great shape to complete this tour on time. The sites were beautiful, but we did not see much wildlife. The falls, hot springs & the volcanoes were amazing! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable & helpful!

We had an awesome time on our Palo Verde Boat Safari. The boat ride was incredible. We saw several monkeys, unique birds, iguanas, crocodiles, & even baby crocodiles. Our guides Minisi & Noel were incredible-knowledgeable and funny. They took took a ton of photos for our group, too! We had the best lunch at a local Tico restaurant that included a cool pottery and sugar cane demonstration. Everyone was lovely and nice. We would definitely do it again!

Everything about this experience was amazing! Definitely book if you're looking for a taste of everything and don't have much time. I can't say enough about how wonderful Marlena is. She's very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and made the experience for me and my girlfriend something we will never forget. We ended up leaving an expensive bag of makeup & a polaroid camera behind and she made the effort to make sure we got the items back before we headed back home. Book with Marlena!

A wonderful day trip

It was a great day starting with the rafting trip during which we saw crocodiles, a variety of monkeys and other wildlife. The guide was knowledgeable and fun. Lunch was tasty . The afternoon hike was very enjoyable. We saw monkeys , sloths , a red eyed tree frog and other wildlife. The guide for the hike was friendly and enthusiastic.

Full day experience is worth it!

Worth every penny. The full day experience. They treated us like gold. We'll organized. Our concierge Marc, was great. Helpful, polite and very informative. Shout out to the zip line crew, Jose Luis, and "Riding Bull" took such good care of our group. The lunch we had also exceeded expectations.

Curated and managed trails/activities close to Liberia.

All activities are manicured/well maintained and prepped for high volume of people. So if you are looking for natural trails without concrete and stairs then this is not the tour. If you want prepped and safe paths, steps, and bridges then this is the tour. BOOM was our guide and was awesome. Very informed and knowledgeable. As well as outgoing. Hike was not easy but not hard. My athletic teens found it exhausting. Dry rainforest trail with plenty of monkeys, butterflies, birds, geysers, mud pits, and steam vents as well as a waterfall. Waterfall hike was short but lots of stairs and two decent sized suspension bridges with max of 2 people on it at once, so may backup depending on how busy it is. Lunch was tasty local food buffet with salad, fish, beef, soup, sweet plantains, and great mint lemonade (just bring some rum to make mojitos) Then ended with hot springs which was 7-9 man made pools of various depths 1-3 feet and 98-113 degrees, where majority are 104 and lower which is ideal. All in all it was fun considering it was only 30-45 mins drive from Liberia. Request Boom and remind him to bring his ukelele to play while you eat or have some hanging out times at the hot springs.
