Highly recommend, had a fabulous time!

Our guide, Jossimar (Josh) was very knowledgeable and excellent with our kids aged 6 and 4. We saw monkeys, sloths (2 &3 toed), frog, insects and a variety of birds. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, he took his time to explain and answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this tour.

Fun filled day

It was a long, glorious day. The hike to & from the waterfall (370 stairs x2) & volcano was tough. Warerproof gear ia critical during the rainy season. Swimming/walk to waterfall? Bring a micro fiber towel & water shoes. Getting a massage the next day was a must for our group. The river was pretty deep & good watershoes were helpful. Bring a waterproof case to safety get your phone across the river to the waterfall. The lunch was better than other versions we had dueing our trip. The thermals were very relaxing. The guides were helpful & had a great attitude. Bring Motion sickness meds for drive up mountain.

Such a fun and informative experience! Our tour guide Pablo was very knowledgeable about the coffee and chocolate process. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. This was a great excursion for a rainy afternoon, if anything, the rain made the experience better! The tour offers many opportunities to sample coffee and chocolate at different stages in the process which was very cool. This tour is perfect for anyone, even those who don’t like coffee or chocolate! Had a wonderful time!

High adrenaline, super fun, very wet adventure

On a trip full of high-adventure activities (ziplining, horse back riding, ATV driving), this was the most exciting of them all! I'm afraid of heights but I felt super safe throughout the tour and managed to conquer my fears enough to do both the monkey drop and jump off the final platform. The scenery is incredible: you'll go around and through waterfalls, between huge boulders, and hike some gorgeous rainforest trails that connect the rappelling platforms. Do note that you will be dropped into a 6-foot deep pool and will descend next to and through waterfalls, so you should expect to end this adventure fully soaked through. I'd strongly recommend bringing sturdy water shoes, as you'll be walking over rough and rocky terrain as well as getting wet. Since you'll need both hands to hold the rope and control your descent, you won't be able to take any photos unless you have an action camera or something similar mounted to your helmet or chest. They do take photos and some video for you, and the pricing is quite reasonable: for $35 you get access to the full-size digital originals of all of the people on your trip.

Abel was an amazing tour guide! We got to see so many animals during our tour, which made the experience even more special. Even though we got absolutely poured on, it definitely didn’t ruin our day; in fact, it made the rainforest experience even more memorable! Do it!

We had the time of our lives! Truly! The guides were all incredibly helpful. They explained everything, kept us safe and always had an open hand to assist in any way. My kids are 8,9 and 12 and they all just loved the experience so much. We did get the photo package because it was just so amazing and a time to remember! We will never forget our experience here and I would recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Rica. The guides José, Kendall, and two others were all just so informative and fun. Pura Vida!

What an experience! From...

What an experience! From the start the whole team was welcoming and very clear. They were especially accommodating with our kids, helping them down the waterfalls and even down the giant last one. It was tremendous fun and something the kids will be talking about for a long time! Food afterwards was some of the best we’ve had and a nice communal atmosphere.

Great family outing! Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable loved trekking through the jungle. I misunderstood when ai booked and through the were going around the base of the volcano. Did not miss it in the end. Through the rain, jungles and river we had a blast. Would do it again.

Beautiful Views!

This was a really fun tour! Alberto was our main point of contact as our tour guide. He did a great job guiding us, along with his co-workers. There were a total of 8 ziplines and we really enjoyed the pace and seeing the beautiful nature surrounding us. We opted to pay for the option to take live action photos and really enjoyed seeing them afterwards. We even got to see some toucans while we were there! Thank you for a great time!

Family fun!

We had so much fun! Even though the dam wasn’t working in the river we were supposed to go to, they took us to another river and had the best time! We even saw iguanas and monkeys along the way. The incredible guides: Avel and Erik!

We had Avel for our sloth watching tour and Erik for our coffee, chocolate and sugarcane tour. Both of them were phenomenal! Avel showed us a baby sloth and a couple adults, ensuring we saw both kinds. Both guides seemed excited about what they do and were very knowledgeable. Erik answered all of our questions, including those not related to the tour with in depth responses and climbed the cocoa tree to get us the most perfect one he had seen! We highly recommend this tour!

Spectacular Experience!

Our ziplining adventure through the Costa Rican rainforest was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip! The views were breathtaking—soaring above the rainforest canopy with stunning scenery in every direction. It was an experience unlike anything we've ever done before. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, making everyone feel comfortable and confident.
