Something for everyone!

Our guide, Rocky, was very knowledgeable and made sure that everyone had a positive and unique experience based on their interests and mobility. At each stop, he provided suggestions for those interested and led the main group. The coach was very comfortable (even in the 34 degree heat!).

We had a lovely time. The captain handled the boat well and went over safety stuff. Our guide was educational and so friendly. Nadia was very attentive from start to finish. The reef was beautiful!! At the end, they shared the photos with no additional charge. This company was a class act from start to finish.

Great day exploring the Blue Mountains!

Really enjoyed this tour! Our guide Joan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. He showed us some hidden lookouts, recommended great places to eat and shop, and made sure we got to try the best rides at Scenic World. The highlight for me was definitely Featherdale Wildlife Park, especially the koala experience where you actually get to pat a koala! Also loved seeing all the amazing native birds. The whole trip was surprisingly relaxing despite how much we managed to see and do. No particular fitness level required, which is a nice bonus! Overall, a fantastic experience and a great way to explore the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend!

A Fantastic Day Out with an Excellent Guide!

We had a wonderful day exploring the Blue Mountains on the Mercedes Tour, visiting Scenic World, the beautiful waterfalls and the charming village of Leura. The scenery was spectacular, and the whole tour was very enjoyable. Everything was well organised, and all arrangements went smoothly from beginning to end, without a single hitch. Ian, our tour guide, was absolutely brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and informative, sharing plenty of interesting facts and fascinating stories along the way. His friendly manner and enthusiasm made the day even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. A big thank you to Ian for making it such a memorable day. Thank you Aaron for a lovely day. We enjoyed wildlife encounters at Featherdale, wandering around the mountain town of Leura and grabbing a bite to eat, and the amazing views of the blue mountains. Aaron provided lots of info during the bus ride, but at each stop we had the freedom to break off from the tour group and have our own adventures with a set departure time to keep us on schedule. I enjoyed the simultaneous structure and freedom to ensure we all had an enjoyable tour. The ferry back into Sydney was also lovely at sunset.

I'll be quite honest,...

I'll be quite honest, I'm pretty terrified of the open ocean, so I mostly went for my wife at first, but you feel completely safe in the hands of the crew and my fear of snorkeling on the reef completely disappeared. I'm so glad it did, or I would not have witnessed the beauty of this natural wonder with my own eyes. The crew were all very sweet, funny, and you could tell they loved being there. My wife opted for two (introductory) dives and by all accounts had an amazing time as well. Thank you so much to the entire crew for a once in a lifetime experience, I can only highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience on our tour, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing tour guide, Adrian! Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He shared so much interesting information along the way while keeping the tour relaxed, fun, and engaging. He was happy to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. You can tell Adrian truly loves what he does, and that passion really comes through in the way he guides his tours. He helped make the experience feel special and gave us memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time. This was a fantastic excursion! Lloyd was our guide and he was very engaging and enthusiastic! We gave lots of information and kept us on schedule. He showed us the 2 different valleys, made an extra stop to show us the Cascades waterfalls and guided us on the 3 rides at Scenic World. He was gracious enough to take photos for everyone, too! It was nice to see the Australian animals at the zoo and the ferry offered fantastic views! I would recommend trying to sit on top if you can. This was an awesome tour! I would highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful trip to take with my family. We chose to take the train first and then the railway, but since it was quite crowded on the way back, I think it would be more enjoyable to take the railway up and the train back down to better manage your time. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying trip overall.
