The quiet part of Prague

This half-day walking tour visits the Mala Strana or Lesser Quarter, the somewhat quieter part of Prague situated below the castle and St. Vitus cathedral.. Our guide, Martina, is friendly and speaks good English; she also knows a lot about every corner of Prague, including the Lesser Quarter. We explored the flat part with its churches and parks, and then took the funicular up the hill to visit the replica of the Eiffel Tower and the Strahov monastery and library with its collection of medieval manuscripts and books.
