Help needed

Rachelle_C, Sep 2026

Your website does not allow for questions about refunds. We purchased an excursion that cost $245.46 Canadian for a tour of the Duomo in Milan Italy. We were there earlier than our start time finding the square chaotic with people and nowhere to be found was an Viator contact. Attending the ticket office were advised that they had a lot of complaints about Viator excursions. They could not direct us to find the preplanned group so we ended up having to purchase tickets again at the ticket office in order to visit the Duomo and rooftop views. We would therefore appreciate direction to request a refund of the $245.46 Canadian paid for this excursion that was withdrawn on September 10, 2026.

Response from Host, Oct 2026

The client has a tour scheduled for the 9th. We tried calling on the 5th and 6th—with no answer—to ask if they could change the date to the 10th. We called again on the 8th, still with no response. The day passed without the tickets being sent, as the Duomo is sold out for the 9th.

Everything was well...

Chantal_V, Apr 2026

Everything was well organized. We had a wonderful visit of the roofs of the cathedral as well as the cathedral visit with the audio devices. I recommend it highly to all visitors.
