A fantastic experience. Eduardo is a great teacher, who I learnt a lot of kitchen techniques from. A really fun morning with fellow students from all over the world.
The proof of his teaching technique has been that I have able to make the paella & sangria successfully for my family a few times already.

A great fun evening, if you like cooking, and then sharing all the food with others round the table I did worry going solo but it wasn't a problem. Learnt some great news recepies, which you get given to take home as well. Recommend to anyone who enjoys the kitchen, and learning new foods.
Food excellent

The class was fine for both adults snd children of 12 years. The location was easy to find and the kitchen was very clean. The market experience was interesting and the cooking instruction was clear. People not used to cutting with knives might need more time

I'm Vincent from Hong Kong. Chef Melisa was wonderful and very friendly. We prepared several delicious tapas, and she shared many funny stories that made the class enjoyable and memorable. It was a great way to learn about Spanish food and culture. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent experience. Our group of four travelers has participated in numerous cooking experiences. This is top two easily. Would recommend it for anyone interested in learning Spanish cooking. We were in the tapas and sangria class. Time flew by as we prepared five “small” plates plus Sangria plus dessert. All four members of our group gave it five stars.

We loved the entire experience. We especially loved visiting the local markets. Our instructor made the experience fun and we loved experiencing it with people from other countries. The food turned out great!

This cooking class was excellent! We got a brief tour of the market across the street with a lesson on some of the classic Spanish ingredients. As someone who almost never cooks, the recipes and instructions provided allowed me and my friend to make some amazing dishes for our own dinner. Specifically, we made sangria, crema catalana, tortilla, gambas, and chorizo...and I hope I can recreate the recipes at home for myself.

This was a wonderful experience. It was fabulous going to the market and seeing all the wonderful produce etc. That was followed by a great experience in our hands on cooking lesson. Very friendly atmosphere. The teacher and the food were outstanding.

This was truly a core memory I will take with me from our travels to Spain. Started off with a trip to the market and then the most amazing cooking class where we made sangria, gazpacho, and seafood paella. Our entire family had so much fun. The food was excellent. Time and money well-spent. Book this...you won't regret it!

We loved this class. Eduardo was a terrific guide to help us cook 6 different tapas. At the end of the three hour hands on cooking lesson, we then ate the food we cooked at a sit down table. What a great experience!

We had the BEST time in Elisa’s Paella Cooking Class! From the morning market visit to collect all the fresh veggies and seafood for our meal, to the making of sangria, gazpacho and paella, we enjoyed every single moment! The sangria was free flowing and delicious! The fresh ingredients made all the difference in our gazpacho and paella. We enjoyed Elisa’s stories and we learned so very much from her! It was also great to meet the others in the class who were from all over the world! We HIGHLY recommend this class and feel that it’s worth every penny!

The morning class cooks paella. Our afternoon class made 6 different tapas dishes and sangria. Our chef Therese was instructive, kept us all on task and helped us deliver a delicious meal. She was personable and had a great sense of humor. Everything was prepped perfectly and we had just enough accountability to feel responsible for the delicious outcome. Definitely recommend.
