Short and sweet. Should only take 1-2 hours but there is plenty to see between all the different exhibits.

We were in port on a very hot day and looked on Viator to find an activity indoors. We bought the tickets on Viator, and caught a cab. Lisbon Oceanario was a short ride from the port. It did not disappoint! The “One Planet, One Ocean” permanent exhibit connects the world’s water sources in a way that shows how everything affects our planet-plastics pollution, clear cutting of forests, climate change.
The marine life is extraordinary! A giant sunfish, rays and sharks, etc. in the main tank, with areas devoted to penguins and to otters as well. Despite being there on a busy Saturday, it did not feel crowded.The gift shop is enormous and filled with ecologically made gifts.

We had a brilliant time. The aquarium is so big and we saw a lot more animals than we expected, like otters and a sun fish. There is lots of information and it is great for all ages

The aquarium is repetitive and all one large tank. My baby enjoyed it though and it was affordable and indoors. Stroller friendly and lots of elevators and changing rooms.

What an amazing guided tour of the aquarium! Our guide was Bruno, a professional with the education department of the aquarium. He made this an enlightening, entertaining, and exceptional experience! Our party was 2 adults and Bruno quickly figured out how to make the tour relevant for us at our general level of knowledge about sea animals. Bruno’s had such enthusiasm for every exhibit visited together. We learned so much and had an enjoyable time!

Inside the aquarium was very crowded but we made it work. Nice area. Great for kids. We skipped the line but the tickets line seemed reasonable.

Highly recommend! We enjoy going to different aquariums and this one did not disappoint. It was really neat to see the different tanks from different levels and sides. We were able to see different species that we’ve never seen at an aquarium before.

Once your in you don't want to get out it's just an amazing place to visit ✨️ me and my partner went in for 2 hr we had to leave as we had other place to visit other wise would off stayed for another hour, I'll say no more so I don't spoil the fun if you're in Lisbon must visit special if have kids.

Beautiful aquarium, fantastic facilities. A nice break in our day. Good value for the money. The interior aquarium is awe inspiring and the smaller exhibits were great too.

Easy experience going through the aquarium exhibits. Not too crowded. Spent so much time with the sea otters which seemed almosT in reach. The design with the large tank in the center allows for multiple viewing opportunities all throughout your stay. Great way to start our Lisbon trip with jet lagged teens

There is a HUGE tank with lots of sharks, rays and fish which is the main exhibit. Smaller tanks with various fish from various regions. The gift shop needs more logoed items!

Great for young kids. Highlight were the sea otters playing in the water. Great selection of fish, sharks, sea rays, urchins and star fish. Eat before or after you come as the cafeteria isn’t great.

So well curated with so many opportunities to see all the ocean life. So many wows the whole visit

It’s a wonderful facility with so much to look at. The huge central tank contains a variety of fish, sharks, rays, and more to see. Other smaller aquariums house a variety of other interesting and weird creatures. My favorite were the swimming sea otters. The only drawback was the crowds. I had to wait patiently at times to get close to a window. There were tons of families, and I had to dodge strollers. The gift shop was nice. Although I did not eat any food in the cafe (just had some coffee), it looked yummy.

Loved the ease of buying a ticket through here. Showed up and pulled the barcode up on my phone for quick admittance without any issues. I was impressed by this aquarium. I have never seen such a big (understatement) tank with sooo many types of fish and sharks and turtles among other things. The penguin exhibit was closed for construction but I still enjoyed myself and would do it all over again if I had the chance

I found the experience alittle lacking for the price of admission. In my opinion there was really not alot to see, to make things worse there were a lot of people at the aquarium.
I booked a 10am time on a Friday morning , you would think it would not be busy.
However it was, people pushing and trying to get into a spot that violates your personal space, not a pleasant experience.
I am a bit upset with Viator as I book this through their website and paid a premium of 25.00 for the 2 ticket's .
I am not sure why there was an upcharged of 25.00 euros for the two tickets.
If I would have bought them at the aquarium I would have saved 25.00 euros...
The final issue to top off this experience was the tickets had the wrong names printed on them .
The Uber driver had a hard time to navigate to the aquarium. The discription is not for the aquarium but the expo area ,which is not the same place...
Really disappointed in this trip..
As for the 25.00 euros extra I paid make me question how many other trips I was over charged ?
