This is an impressive collection of paintings. Our guide Giana had a ton of knowledge and kindly led us to the highlights of the museum. After over 2 hrs, there was more to see. Not for those who just want to pass thru. Giana was on time and helped with avoiding the crowds, as well as explaining significance and detail of the paintings, as well as the museum itself. Great for those of us with an interest in the Renaissance.

We loved this exceptional early bird tour of the Uffizi with Fabio! He was a very knowledgeable and fun guide, navigating us away from the other tourists to view the incredible Uffizi art more closely. Fabio provided us with the key achievements of art history, leading to the Renaissance. He also recommended that we visit Santa Croce and the Bargello Museum, which we diid! (These places were lovely, with less tourists. ) This was a wonderful tour of the Uffizi, first thing in the morning. A true bucket list experience!

Ginna was fantastic! She gave us amazing details of many of the paintings and sculptures that brought life to the gallery!! Her familiarity with fine arts and art history were quite impressive and she welcomed our questions along the way. Going through the gallery on our own would have been an overwhelming experience because of the crowd alone but she knew where and when to take us to the highlights in the gallery. We highly recommend this tour! You will not be disappointed!

We could not rate this tour highly enough. Jana was so very generous with her knowledge and her time. It was so apparent just how much she appreciated the major art works she guided us to. She linked the works with explanations not only of the art works themselves, but also art history and the background and lives of the artists and the history of Florence too. Wow - We had a fantastic early‑morning tour of the Uffizi with Gianna, and she truly went above and beyond. Her passion for the art was obvious from the very first room, you could feel how much she genuinely loves what she does, and it made every painting and story come alive. Before the art tour begin, Gianna gave a little background to set the scene before we delved into the art.
She also shared a little about herself along the way, which added such a warm, personal touch and helped us connect even more with the experience. Our group started as four, but when the other couple had to leave early, it became almost like a private tour. It really showed how small and intimate these groups are, which made it easy to ask questions and take things at our own pace. Gianna really picked out features from the art and really made you look and think about it in a different way.
Gianna’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness made this one of the highlights of our time in Florence. Highly recommend booking this tour, especially with her.

Such an amazing guide and the early morning tour is hands-down the best time to go! Do yourself a favor and get up early! We were able to walk right up to all the most famous rooms and paintings with no crowds (sometimes bring the only ones there) and she did an amazing job of educating us both about the art itself (styles, materials, and details of the subjects), but also about the history and politics of the time that influenced each piece. I have never learned so much on a single tour. Amazing and worth every dime!

Place of meeting not entirely clear, but did find our guide without significant problem. Will spread by Word of mouth, and a do a slide presentation on Florence to be completed later.
Guide on time, very personable, and helpful at all times. Attentive to our needs, and very knowledgeable. Shaped tour so we could see highlights , and then spend time on our own with the rest of the enormous museum.
Best of all, she gave us a perspective on how the current museum and the Florentine art took shape, which will be useful for me as a starting oil painter. Very grateful to Gianna.
Photos and documentaries of the Uffizi I had watched, were a pale reflection of what our guide provided and I enjoyed today.

A must see if you’re in Florence! All the beautiful art and sculptures were amazing we had a great guide - Gianna - who ended up our private guide did a wonderful job of explaining the art and meanings of each piece. After the guided tour we had as much time as we wanted to walk around and view the entire gallery.

We were fortunate to have our tour guide, Elizabeth, to ourselves. She introduced us to many different artists and paintings. We especially enjoyed the stories behind the paintings. There were still many people in line for the "skip the line" tour, however.

I'm so glad that I did this tour. Do this skip the line tour. I was grateful that it was a small group because the large tour groups seemed really unmanageable in the relatively small rooms. Laura, our guide, was very knowledgeable and funny. She had great insights about the art and history that really added to the experience for me. 10/10 definitely recommend.
