Great tour guide and got to see a lot in a short time
We had a short wait in line but the rest of the trip was smooth
It was a great experience. The tour guide Maria was very good at managing the large crowds and making sure we saw the most important parts of the tour. We were able to see the many works of Michelangelo.
We had an extraordinary three-hour private tour of the Uffizi Gallery and the Vasari Corridor with Anastasia, and she was absolutely outstanding.
Her knowledge of the Medici family, the history of Florence, and the great Renaissance masters was remarkable. We saw works by Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Raphael, and many others, but what made the experience so special was Anastasia’s ability to make us actually understand what we were looking at. Her perspective.
She would bring us to a painting that we might initially admire simply because it was beautiful or the artist famous. Then she would explain the history, symbolism, composition, and the artist’s intentions. By the time she finished, we would look at the same painting completely differently. She gave us an entirely new perspective, that happened again and again throughout the tour.
This is truly a five-star private tour. The price may initially seem like a lot, but after experiencing it, we felt it was absolutely worth it. Anastasia transformed our visit to the Uffizi from simply seeing great works of art into actually understanding and appreciating them.
We highly recommend her.
This was a fantastic tour with a guide who was organized, knowledgeable, and personable. She was so accommodating and funny throughout the day!
Very interesting and informative . Our guide was very knowledgeable . She was a great narrator. She made it so interesting and easy to listen to her . She knew how to captivate all of us on the tour.
Wonderful guide! Alana was amazing! We had so much fun, I’m so glad we got experience this. 10 out of 10
Giulia was THE BEST. She was so kind and knowledgeable. We learned and saw so much. Highly recommend
Wow! What a great experience! Martina was a great guide, telling us stories and pointing out specific things about Michaelangelo and all the great artists from Florence! She was hilarious and highly entertaining!
Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and she made the tour concise. We didn’t feel like she skipped anything though. Perfect if you want to skip the line to see the David and the Duomo when it is nearly empty. We skipped the bell tower because we were so tired, but we did use our ticket to go into the baptistery and museum. Loved our tour guide!
It was so fun and the food was delicious! Our entire family said it was a highlight of our entire trip! Cris, Arla and Ludavico were really fun and very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this experience!
Amazing tour guide - not only very knowledgeable in the tour, but she shared with us some of Florence’s best kept secrets. Well worth the time and money to take this tour
It was so much fun! We really enjoyed the whole thing. Our tour guide was great! Hands down if I went back in time and had the choice, I’d choose it again. She even took photos for us in front of statue of David.
This experience was well worth the time and money. Seeing the beautiful Duomo and visiting the statue of David is a must for first time visitors. Our tour guide was especially pleasant, giving us the history behind each site we visited and keeping our group engaged. Highly recommend comfortable shoes though since it is a walking tour. Also, if you visit during the summer, be sure you are prepared for warm weather as it can get pretty hot that time of year. All in all though it was a lovely tour and I would highly recommend it.
Helena was a wonderful guide. She had a wealth of knowledge on art history. It helped make David shine.
Guide was nice but part 2 of not seeing the Duomo because the skip the line was too long was NOT what I expected. I expected to go into the Duomo with the guide not for her to tell our group go in on your own time. I asked for partial money back and they refused me! Do better Viator. 😑
Great way to see highlights of the museum without the lines. Knowledgeable tour guide was able to answer all questions. Fun tour worth the cost.
The tour guide was very informative saw amazing views never felt rushed and she was very sweet to take pictures of us
Great guide and fast way to see the main sites. Very informative and at a pace that was easy to manage and understand
Interesting tour. Guide was great! Enjoyed that our ticket allowed us to climb the bell tower after and go to the Duomo museum within 72 hours.
This was a very great and thorough tour! Covered all of the highlights in a good amount of time and our tour guide Gulia was very friendly and explanatory.
Our tour guide was fabulous! She was very informed and knew a lot about Florence’s rich history and told it in an engaging, light hearted way. I would say if you’re coming to florence this tour is a must especially if you’re wanting to see The statue of david and also the museums!
Right amount of time and the guide was wonderful. Well worth it since the group tour lines were shorter.
If you're looking for a short tour, this is the perfect balance of the Accademia museum emphasizing the David statue and finishing with the bell tower with optional climb. Great view from the top!
Worth getting tickets to skip the lines. Hiking the bell tower was super fun! Seeing David was amazing, but the inside of the Duomo was a bit of a let down as we didn’t get to see much of it.
Very informative tour with a great knowledgeable guide. It was nice to see both in one tour. Definitely worth it.
Guide was very very knowledgeable and interesting would almost consider redoing it. Would recommend for everyone
Visiting David was amazing. Our guides knowledge and information was exceptional! No visit to the Cathedral or duomo itself which we expected. I feel the description was misleading for this tour.
Fantastic way to see the must-sees, while being spoon-fed the information. Easy - show up, listen and learn. Our tour guide, local to Florence, was amazingly knowledgeable about all of the art. Had a good time and saw it all.
Our guide was excellent- very knowledgeable about art history and the particular points of interest on our tour. Highly recommend.
Our tour guide was amazing she was so knowledgeable and funny! She kept the tour engaging and gave additional information while keeping it fun. Would love to do another tour with her.
