Fabrizio is a fun and expert chef. We really enjoyed the class and the gelato was really good. The chef was very attentive and energetic. It was my daughter’s birthday and he made her feel special. We all sang happy birthday to her, she was really happy. The place is easy to find and very clean. As for the ice cream, it turned out spectacular, really creamy and with the perfect balance of sweetness.
Fabrizio explains very well and everyone in the class got to participate in at least in part of the gelato confection process.

Absolutely Fantastic!!! We enjoyed our gelato and sorbetto class with G. so much, that we signed up for a pasta and sauces class the following evening. Terrific chef, food, and recipes!!! Grazie Mille!!!

A fun hands on experience for all ages to learn how to make sorbet and gelato. I couldn’t believe how delicious the sorbet tasted. Our instructor made sure we understood the ingredients & why they were used.

Our gelato making experience was SO MUCH FUN! Our teacher involved all of us in the process, even the kids. Everyone absolutely loved it and the gelato was so delicious! All of us said it was a major highlight of our vacation. I just made my first batch of gelato at home and can't wait to eat it!

That sounds amazing! We are so glad to hear you had such a fun and memorable experience. We can't wait to welcome you back next time!
My children, ages 9 and 14, loved learning how gelato is made. They had fun whisking ingredients, putting the liquid into the gelato machine and tasting the end product.
An excellent experience! The master ice cream chef taught us all the secrets (and more!) to make delicious ice cream, using top-of-the-line elements. The kids had a great time, they participated in the entire preparation. Thanks for such a lovely memory!

¡Muchas gracias por compartir vuestra experiencia! Nos alegra muchísimo saber que disfrutasteis del taller y que los chicos se lo pasaron genial. ¡Esperamos volver a veros pronto para crear más recuerdos juntos! 🍦❤️
Our favorites in Italy. The experiences with Fabrizio were fun and totally memorable. My Daughter loves making desserts, so it was an ideal class, not only do you try gelato, but you understand the process to prepare it.
In addition, the attention was mainly in Spanish, even closer and more enjoyable, is an indispensable experience in Florence.
