Used a large bus that was too big to access sites. You needed to waste time walking to them. Too many people on the tour. The driver told us at the get go his primary responsibility was our safety; he was not a tour guide.

Larger coaches are used on some departures and, due to access restrictions at certain locations, short walks can occasionally be required. Safety is always our drivers’ top priority; however, they are also your tour guide and provide commentary and information throughout the journey. We visited several of the OUTLANER sites/castles. If you are a fan or have seen this series…highly recommend this tour. Our guide/driver, Mohammed was absolutely terrific. Very knowledgeable of Scotland and its history was very impressive and such a great sense of humor. We gave him a new name…MAC-Mohammed.

Bob was an interesting and amusing tour guide. As Outlander fans, we enjoyed all of the sites! We also loved seeing the Kelpies and the historic sites that Bob pointed out on the drive between sites.

What a wonderful day spent visiting the iconic locations that any Outlander fan knows immediately! And even if you are not a fan, you will appreciate this view into history.
Bob was an excellent host, and his driving skills are superb. I liked the music he played to really get everyone into the mood.

This was more for my wife and could tell that Ian, our guide. Was knowledgeable about the seasons. He would also slip in historic Scottish information as well as Harry Potter locations.
Ian was wonderful and kept a tight ship with scheduling so we could all experience the sights in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent tour of multiple film sites, which in themselves are of historical interest. Ian the driver/guide was very entertaining and provided further commentary on historical aspects/sites as we passed them in addition to the TV series. Did not feel rushed noting the various sites to visit and distance travelled

You need to have watched Outlander for this trip to mean anything, but the actual history of the places visited was very interesting. There is a lot of walking and some of it can be quite muddy, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy. The driver is very knowledgeable and gives lots of information.

It was cancelled due to rain and I wasn’t notified in any way so I stood at the meeting spot in the cold/rain.

Tour guide didn’t really guide. Had to figure out attractions on our own. Not really helpful especially when you have no clue where your going.

Brandon ‘B-dawg’ was excellent. Visited several outlander filming locations and knew lots of history about Scotland and told stories that mixed them both. Entertaining and interesting day visiting castles and learning about the Jacobite uprising.

The driver had a lot of scottish history but not a lot of outlander information. I would pick a smaller tour that had more outlander information.

This tour covered everything and had ample time at each stop. The next day one of the stops was closed due to filming. This is not the fault of the tour company, but to compensate we were taken to Stirling Castle at no extra charge. This was an unexpected but excellent experience. I’m thankful for the opportunity to visit this magnificent castle. It was a fantastic substitute. Thank you.

There are wheelchairs available or a taxi to take you to the top of the castle. Our tour guide was funny and informative. It’s a lot of walking and can be slippery when wet. Prices in shops veey fair.

Obviously fans of the books/show will love it no matter what…but the guide we had was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable not only of the show but of Scottish history which was such an unexpected pleasure…thanks go to Iain! Also, we knew travelling with my mother in her wheelchair was going to be rough, but Iain, again, was helpful, patient and kind throughout. Our guide made our tour special in many ways.

I took the Outlander tour on my birthday, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, informative, and so much fun.
Our driver and guide, Ian, was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about all things Outlander and Scottish history, but he also had a great sense of humor and made the whole day feel personal and special. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and engaged, and he brought each location to life with fascinating stories and insights.
As a fan of the series, it was amazing to see the filming locations up close, but Ian’s storytelling made it even more memorable. His passion for Scotland and the show really shone through.
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my birthday. Highly recommend this tour — and if you get Ian as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!

There is a lot of uphill walking. Other than that it was a great trip. All the stops were beautiful. The ride in the bus was enjoyable. The guide B Dog was knowledgable and entertaining.
