Fun way to see the city. The live guide (in English and German) was great. Knowledgeable and funny. Perfect amount of time. Highly recommend this company (as opposed to the other boats that have taped explanations or no audio guides at all!)

This was a very informative and entertaining boat tour. Michael, our guide was wonderful. It was in Germany and English and narrated beautifully. He highlighted various places to see throughout the tour. The boat departed on time and had good service for drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend this tour to see Berlins historical sights.

The boat trip was nice and the boarding staff were helpful. Nice to see the sites from a different angle. We sat in front with our young son and the tour guide was great. He gave a lot of good information and slipped some comedy here and there, too.

We took this boat ride our first day in Berlin. It was a nice introduction to a swath of the city, including identification of buildings (a visitor wouldn't normally see) and some history. It was raining but the boat had a cover and the rain didn't matter for the ride.

This boat tour was a really lovely experience. My sister and I decided to do this on a whim and it was such a lovely relaxing activity. The guide was fantastic, such a lovely guy with great knowledge about the city and a good sense of humour too! It was really fun to see the city from a unique perspective of being on the river and they didn’t rush through it. The boat was comfortable and a smooth journey. You can order drinks on board (hot, cold, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks) which is a nice touch. The boat is easy to get on and off but there are some fairly steep steps to get down to where the boat is.

We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the language: as stated in the title, our tours are conducted bilingually in German and English. There are no tours with live commentary in Berlin that only are conducted in German.
Our tours are designed as a one-hour boat experience with a live guide, providing concise and accessible information about the sights along the route. This format is not comparable to an in-depth city tour or a guided walk, where much more detailed explanations are given. Most of our guests prefer a clear and engaging overview rather than a deep dive into individual topics.
